Hi Gavin: You came by on Dec 3rd for my second application and you were very very interested in listening to my concerns and spent time understanding my needs. I live in the "woods" and so don't have the complete expectation of being "bug free". However, in an effort to just cut down on the little creatures in my living area, I do expect to be heard. I got off with a "rough" start after I signed up for the 5 visit service over the year. The first applicator to arrive (two before you) didn't seem to understand customer service little lone applying sufficient product to meet the need. I contacted customer service and received a call from a manager and several follow-up calls to make sure we were both of the understanding and expectation of the kind of services needed. Gavin definitely went a long way to overcome any trepidation of continuing due to service issues. Gavin is knowledgeable, positive and most importantly he took the time to listen and walk around the house with me to understand my concerns. I had the most educational and FUN experience with pest control today---something I bet most people would never have the courage to say.....pest control,...fun? Yes, F U N ! And all because of Patricia Owens. She was my service tech----AND NO ONE ELSE CAN HAVE HER--- today, who met me at our cabin on the Pend O'reille River near Newport, WA that we recently purchased, and did a thorough top-to-bottom cleansing/web removal/insect spray (interior & exterior) and bushes. I learned about bat behavior and preventative measures, and how destructive they can be on wood structures---something I never thought about. She also took the time to show me how to "look" for evidence of certain items and or material left behind, indicative of what "pest" is taking up residence on/in my cabin. Pointe Pest Control is lucky to have her---she connects very well with people,.....and knows her pests !!! We requested service from Pointe pest control via email and they got back to us the next day! They explained their services and gave us an estimate to provide their service to remove the problem we were having with boxelder bugs. We signed a contract with them for service for a year to not only get rid of the boxelder bugs that were there but also take care of the other insects and bees around our house and shop. The boxelder bugs not only were extremely bad outside but had also gotten in the house! they made an appointment with us for 2 days later and performed the service they said they would, taking care of the shop and the house inside and out. After the first treatment the bugs decreased substantially. We actually got control of our house again. Jake was the one who performed this service for us and he so nice explaining the process to us and showing us the problem areas. Their cost is so reasonable and their service is top notch. We received quick, professional service from Pointe Pest Control with an unexpected termite problem we developed. Being conscientious home owners, we wanted the problem dealt with thoroughly and swiftly. The office representatives with whom we spoke by phone were courteous and responsive. The inspector, Steven, who diagnosed our problem, was quite knowledgeable. He was able to show us where the infestation localized, including pictures of the crawl space and area around the hot water tank where the termites were active. We bounced many questions off him. Our technician Joshua was able to come within days of the inspection. Josh was hardworking in securing our perimeter with treatment, and, like Steven, excellent at answering our questions. We have learned quite a bit about "western subterranean termites" in recent days, and we thank the team at Pointe Pest Control for helping us address this problem. read more

My technician, Max, arrived as expected and answered all my questions regarding chemicals used and safety. I walked him through my home and he treated all areas where the ants were invading and explained to me how they were probably coming through and how the pesticides would work. He even told me what kind of ants I was dealing with and named several other species in the PNW. Outside I felt he was respectful of my property by targeting the problem areas and when he finished he told me where he found the trail and that he had discovered two active wasp nests, one near the front door. He told me what to expect in the next 10-14 days as some ants would be coming out to take bait and told me if I had any questions or concerns to call the office. these guys are great! I have received wonderful service since day one. They come regularly every three months and ask how things are going and if I have seen any bugs. They let me know if there's anything around the outside of my house that I need to do, they spray thoroughly and then return and ask if I have any other questions or need anything else done. They are always very friendly and kind. I have been very happy with this business and would recommend it to anyone. I have not had any bugs around my house since they started coming , they recommend bee control as well. I think this is a wonderful company and they have done well for me. I pay about $135 every three months and the service is completed. I have been very satisfied and will continue to do business with them. I had a tech, Dustin, come out this morning and he did an amazing job. He was very professional and worked diligently to spray the interior of my home. He was kind and courteous. He scrubbed the outside of the house to knock down all the current spider egg sacks or hornet nests. Then he sprayed around all the foundation and windows. He took care of spots he saw around the property that might be hot spots for bugs or other pests. He even gave me extra ant bait stations for inside my home before leaving. I would 100% recommend this service to anyone. Very pleased with how quickly they responded to my request for service as well (I messaged them, they sent an inspector out yesterday to see what was happening and had Dan out this morning to treat the house and property!) read more

I have been with Pointe Pest Control for about 15 year or more. They do an outstanding job, They always call and let me know when they will be at my home. When I need something special done, they are on the job the very next day. And It is done right. I started with them because I had ants. Now if I find an ant in the house it is dead or almost. Gavin returned to assist us with additional ant service when a resurgence of ants entered via a new entry perimeter point. Gavin had instructed us to give the initial treatment several weeks to become effective & said that should another surge present itself we should call him for additional attention. Joseph Campbell was our technician. We were very impressed with him. He was very personable, professional, and sensitive to my request to be careful of the flowers on the property. Due to the wind the day Joseph came to perform the initial service, he elected not to do any spraying, as it could have possibly damaged plants and flowers. I spend a lot of time and expense on our yard and I was in total agreement with Joseph about not spraying that day. We had never heard of Pointe Pest Control until we spoke with their salesperson on a Friday - we bought an annual plan based on what he told us they could/would do for us. The tech came out on Monday and I was not impressed at all, so I called their local office to explain. Gotta say, this company was amazing at getting back to me re: my concerns. Our technician, Kailie Ramorini was wonderful to work with. She arrived on time, introduced herself at the door then preceded to ask what our issues were with spiders. Once she treated the inside and outside of our home, she explained all the steps she took and was very thorough. More importantly Kailie was friendly and listen to our concerns. Forrest Clark, a technician with Pointe Pest Control arrived at the scheduled hour. He explained the service he would provide and the chemicals he would be using. He was knowledgeable and answered our questions in a clear and concise manner. We have been with Point Pest Control for about a year, they spray for ants on schedule and in a timely manner. This company is great. Always on time and always spray exactly where I want them to. I have an infestation of box elder beetles which start to die within hours. They know how I feel about the other outside animals and always take that into consideration when spraying for insects (spring, summer, and fall). First time we had to call but company was prompt in getting serviceman to our house and was very personable and dealt with our bug concerns immediately. (Won't know for a few days how successful the termination was, but seemed to take appropriate actions around house and property.) We were VERY IMPRESSED with the serviceman in all aspects! Been using pointe for a couple years now and I do highly recommend them. All the technicians that have come out have been great. James came out today 05/14/21 and he was very nice and professional. He did great job and can't ask for more. Since I've been using them I have noticed a decrease in spiders (which is good for the wife) as well as the box elder bugs which can get quite bad in my area. read more
