Ricardo's immediate email response was to require that we pay a $25 credit check fee per adult UP FRONT prior to seeing the property. This a very shady practice (we've been both renters and homeowners throughout my partner's 15-year military career). My last straw was when within a few hours of posting the property and garnering my interest, Ricardo increased the monthly rent by $100! Real estate agents are supposed to know the value of the properties they represent. There are apps and websites to help with this process. To go from one price to another in a matter of hours is horrible service. I will be avoiding Ansley Realty from here on out. I do not recommend renting nor listing a property for sale with this company.
