A significant amount of debris from the power washing ended up in the pool leaving it in terrible condition. I tried cleaning it twice with a robotic pool cleaner but it wasn't enough. In the end, I had to hire a professional pool service which had to significantly lower the water level and perform extensive cleaning to restore the pool to normal. This resulted in an unexpected expense that could have been avoided if proper precautions had been taken. When I contacted the contractor his response was basically sorry to hear your disappointed - I did my best. In fact, rather than take responsibility, he deflected responsibility by suggesting several excuses which were not true. While I appreciate that accidents can happen, I was disappointed that he took no responsibility for the additional expense I incurred and made no effort to offer any type of compensation or resolution. I understand that some debris is unavoidable but homeowners should be able to expect reasonable care to protect their property. Unfortunately, what should have been a straightforward power washing job ended up costing me additional time, money and frustration. Based on my experience, I would encourage anyone with a pool to discuss in advance what precautions will be taken to prevent debris from ending up in the water.

Each time, the service sent a different person or team. The cleaning people failed to dust the top of our television, clean mirrors, the refrigerator and the inside of the kitchen pantry. They did only light surface cleaning at best and when their cleaning people were here, they spent time talking on their cell phones. They also reeked of cigarette smoke. Marie Page quoted us $85.00 to clean the house, then attempted to bill us at a rate of $126. This is a very unprofessional and unethical company and I would never recommend them. When we cancelled the service and requested that our key be returned, they refused to send it back and we had to change our locks and incur additional expense.
