I had to ask for the supervisor to be there for them to actually do a decent job and when they were there they broke a 53 year old ceramic music box, tried to hide it and then when I contacted them on a Saturday- they said they don't work Saturdays. Did they ever respond on Sunday? No. Did they ever apologize? No. Did they try to pay for the damage ? No. They just ghosted me. They broke my daughter's shower door- pulling it off the hinges. They also broke an old oil lamp dating back to the 1800's. They also seemed shocked when I said I can speak some Spanish (I understand way more), and my daughter consistently told me that they were saying bad things about us... all in all--HORRIBLE. I am sorry I said anything nice about them before. Not only are they terrible cleaners - they're terrible humans.

They broke not only my shower doors, but they also broke things and HID THEM BEHIND THINGS SO I WOULDNT SEE. No apology. No nothing. They hid it like it was never there. Not only that but they make fun of you and your house. They do it in Spanish assuming you don't understand and get scared when they realize you understand.

And they go by the books of the "wearing mask" due to CDC guidelines. These guys clean my home exceptionally well, pass the standards . My wife and I jobs are taking us a lot of our time so we don't have the time to clean our home. When I watched on the cameras these guys got down on their knees wearing knee pads and cleaned ,moved, dust wipe you name it. I've used other companies and I've never seen them go under the stove and clean or move the couches and tables and clean they only clean the top of the table . But this company moved and clean.I have white bar stools and we have grand children that come and visits they would kick the walls and mess the walls up, what I saw was a brand new home clean smells really great the stools are much better white and marvelous ,just as how we built it from scratch and that oak smell, the bedrooms are sparkling . My wife yelled they shine our faucets! OK I'm not exaggerating but they clean the light switches and all the walls, the door knobs ,the blinds, the slide doors, windows just to name a few. BUT! the one thing I never expected was this question from this lady , "Do you have pets and children"? Why she ask in her Jamaican accent some chemicals can be an allergic reaction to both humans and animals . That question alone is a Sell for me , to know she cares about not only getting the clients but to ensure whatever she uses does not affect us in the long run. I told her no one is allergic to any chemicals here in this house. She uses the organic type of cleaning just to be on the safe side because she saw pics of my grandchildren. I'm very much please with this company that is why I gave them 5 stars If I could give more I would very much do that. I recommended her Company to my neighbors and she right next door as I type. The story of how this company came by, ask her she will tell you. and hey tell her Mr Vengaras sent you.
