The house is large and it was full of dust and dog hair. Matthew and his team spent over six hours doing a deep clean on the upstairs three bedrooms and two bathrooms. They also worked on the formal living and dining rooms. In the kitchen, the stove was scrubbed to sparkling brand new. They will be returning to finish the job that was bigger than we all thought and coming back biweekly to keep it maintained. I am grateful to know that my parents' house will be taken care of. It's a huge weight off of my shoulders because I live far away and I'm not able to spend as much time as needed to keep the house in shape.

We had an issue when a previous guest left feces all over the bathroom mat and on his underwear. The guest threw the mat and underwear under the bathroom sink. Maria's team did their cleaning and did not notice foul odor coming from the bathroom. A new guest checks in and finds it!!!!! I let Maria know that I was very upset that she did not find this and prevent this! Maria declines that this was her fault and that the new guest may have been lying. So I called the previous guest about the feces and the underwear and the guest apologized saying that it was his younger son and that he was embarrassed and hid the underwear under the sink. Now here's where the situation escalated: The next day Maria emailed me stating that this was not her fault and that I should pay her more because looking under the sink and checking the property for dirt and trash falls under property management?! I emailed her back with her checklist that we agreed on that clearly states that she will be inspecting the property. I never got a call or response from her. Instead I get a call from her husband Slava! Her husband told me that I am causing his wife stress, and that my house is the smallest house she does and that I ask for the most!
