Not…read moreonly did they take advantage of me, but they used all my cleaning products to do their work and after blatantly admitting their negligence and apologizing numerous times...they refused to refund me the extra $200 they charged me and then blocked me after letting them know I'm taking them to the magistrate. $650 total I unarguably paid, and was going to also include a $150 tip if they did a good job, but as you can see...that was not at all what I received. They did hang the clothes in my master closet (which wasn't part of their deal) but I also let them take clothing from a pile that's no longer used that I was planning on selling at Plato's closet eventually. Worst experience ever and I'm not even mad her employees didnt do their job, I'm mad she didn't do the right thing and refund me just the extra $200 i was charged, especially when i didnt even get the services the regular $450 price should have covered.

Changed the name of the business....probably due to all the bad reviews. Maybe she should change the way she conducts business instead of the name. Cierra's Cleaning is the same as this "business ".
