If anyone is looking to get their home cleaned, do NOT use Cierra's Maid to Clean services. Not only did they take advantage of me, but they used all my cleaning products to do their work and after blatantly admitting their negligence and apologizing numerous times...they refused to refund me the extra $200 they charged me and then blocked me after letting them know I'm taking them to the magistrate. $650 total I unarguably paid, and was going to also include a $150 tip if they did a good job, but as you can see...that was not at all what I received. They did hang the clothes in my master closet (which wasn't part of their deal) but I also let them take clothing from a pile that's no longer used that I was planning on selling at Plato's closet eventually. Worst experience ever and I'm not even mad her employees didnt do their job, I'm mad she didn't do the right thing and refund me just the extra $200 i was charged, especially when i didnt even get the services the regular $450 price should have covered. read more

Beware! Not a reliable business. Sets up times and are late. Sets up dates and then reschedules only to then cancel the new day. Confirms a date of service and then does not show up, text or answer your call. Agrees upon a price and then tries to double. Not recommended! Changed the name of the business....probably due to all the bad reviews. Maybe she should change the way she conducts business instead of the name. Cierra's Cleaning is the same as this "business ". Unprofessional, terrible experience. Have to pay a deposit to book cleaning, when they didn't show and didn't cancel, I decided not to reschedule, Cierra would not refund deposit. I lost $200. read more

I'm from Pittston, PA, and I am leaving a 5-star review for many reasons! Friendly service, strict attention to detail, quick to reply to text messages and phone calls, ensuring that a satisfactory job was complete, and just overall an extremely enjoyable experience! A few things that stuck out to me were: Cierra's "review" of the whole house when the job was done with zero fear to redo a task or do some extra polishing to truly take the job to the next level, the walkthrough of the home before the job began where she asked us if we wanted anything to have special focus or attention and generally to set expectations straight, and just the general pleasantness of the overall experience.
