Riley and Marissa are literal angels never once did they make me feel uncomfortable. The treatment is such a strange experience so to have these women make you feel so comfortable is amazing. They truly make you feel like family and look forward to your next appointment. Also I had to bring my son in a few times and the amount of patience they had with him was so beautiful to see. I know dealing with a 19 month old can be over bearing but they never made me feel bad when I had to bring him. Not to mention he freaking loved them! As far as the building it's so nice and clean and always smells amazing! The treatment also went a lot better then I would've imagined. Coming in I was so skeptical as this is such a taboo thing.. I mean who wouldn't question this? The first two weeks I felt a lot more anxious and was scared but boom going into the third week... it was absolutely crazy the turn around that happened. My anxiety honestly it was like it vanished (obviously not fully). I went from having constant obsessive thoughts to not having any. I also was at a point in my life I'd zone out so bad my husband would ask if I was okay. That also stopped being a issue, cleaning?? I could finally get tasks done and not have to go sit down and just be anxious. I will say I came in at a terrible time (for me) as I was at the end of my 7months of pregnancy when I started all of this. The cards I have been dealt definitely has made this treatment the run for it's money. I'm officially done with treatment and I ended two weeks out from my due date. The closer I've gotten to my due date the more I've noticed my anxiety going up again. So I'd say don't be discouraged by me saying that and take it with a grain of salt. My hormones are all out of wack due to pregnancy and life happens as well. I still think this treatment was amazing and has truly helped me in ways I didn't think it could. I'd love to do another month of treatment after birth to hopefully end on a better note. I think it deserves at least that! I mean it's done amazing for me despite it all. I think if you're thinking about coming here just do it. You will never know if you don't try it and if you're looking into this treatment you obviously are in a place you want to find different alternatives. Help yourself and make some new friends with the amazing staff.

I started with three CoolPeel treatments because I wanted to reduce some sun spots on my face. While the treatments didn't completely remove them, they definitely helped lighten the spots. My skin tends to develop sun spots easily, so I knew it might take more treatments to see the results I wanted. After trying CoolPeel, I decided to stick with the Glow2Facial, and I absolutely loved it! Mia did all of my Glow2Facial treatments, and she was wonderful! The treatment bed is warm and so comfortable that I kept falling asleep during my sessions. It's such a relaxing experience, and I love how fresh, hydrated, and glowing my skin looks afterward! What makes this spa truly special is the people. Delisha is absolutely wonderful! She genuinely cares about your concerns, listens carefully, and does her best to accommodate your needs and preferences. With Delisha, you don't feel like just another client. She makes you feel like family and takes care of you as if you were one of her own. That kind of personal attention is hard to find these days! The yearly membership is also a great value, especially considering how expensive these treatments can be when purchased individually. Overall, I've had such a positive experience at UP Wellness Spa. Between the relaxing treatments, the wonderful care from Delisha and Mia, and the great membership value, I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking to pamper themselves and take better care of their skin!
