I was a customer of this agency until this year when I discovered they wanted to charge me $672 for…read morethe same manufactured home policy that I could get elsewhere for $425 with way better covarage. Last year they jacked my rate up $150 and since I had electronic withdrawal I never knew abou itt till weeks later ( they knew I worked out of town a lot). Then after 7yrs they said they had undercharged me because I did not live in a mobile home park? My address is not a park address and they even had the house inspected. Last year I called them up to tell them that the dry rot on some of the trim was repaired per their request and this is when they told me I should be paying more because I did not live in a park. But I had already paid the $672. in April 2015 for my yearly policy ending in April 2016. So I am like fine, you already ripped me off for $150 so just cancel policy in April 2016. In Dec 2015 after my yearly paid for policy was 8 mos old they sent a, and I qoute "We're sorry, We made a mistake" amended policy declaration saying my policy amount was now $874. not the $672 I already spent for a yearly policy. But the reason was not for not living in a park. It was about missing or incorrect heating or cooling info? WTH? So basically they are trying to bilk me out of $ 201 for nothing after I paid the yearly amount 8mos earlier . Plus they were charging me $150 more then in 2014 for the same policy. So now I go shopping to avoid these people and find out I can get almost 40% better covarage for 33% less cost. While I am doing this they are sending me renewal notices because ny electronic withdrawals is no longer active. Now get this, instead of $874 they want $672.? Wow now they are trying to make it look like they are giving me a deal. I guess they think I don't keep track. So now after I get a policy from someone else this vindictive agency sends me a bill for $201 for unpaid premiums that they stacked on top of a non installment yearly policy payent 8 mos ago.. And this was all done between 2015-2016 and I was insured by them 7 years prior and had no issues.. This is how they treat someone who has never filed a claim? Outfits like this I report to the Insurance Commissioner Listen people $201 is nothing compared to what they may be doing to others. STAY AWAY!
