History
Established in 1957.
Originally founded by Ray Phipps in 1957, the company has a rich history, having constructed many trademark buildings in western Colorado. In 2002, current owner Frank DeSantis began working for Phipps Newell Construction as a Project Manager. Then in October of 2004, Frank bought the company from John Newell and it became known as PNCI Construction, Inc.
During the 60 years our company has been in business, it has been our pleasure to have built what is now the Wells Fargo building on North Avenue in Grand Junction as well as renovating many facilities for St. Mary's Hospital, Mesa County School District, Garfield County School District, and Enstrom's Candies.
