Regardless of what day of the week it is. One thing I noticed about this location compared to other locations is how friendly they are. No matter who you are or who walks in every customer is greeted with a nice smile and warmth which is awesome. Because in today's times that doesn't always happen. Also the tellers usually are pretty speedy at getting people in and out which is also a plus unlike other locations I've been to. This is definitely one the better locations compared to other 1st Source Banks.

The (800)935-9935 number you are referred to is AI awfulness and wants voice recognition, last 4 of SS#, debit or account number, 9 digit taxpayer ID #, then finally you are to select "0" for assistance yet it doesn't recognize "0" and simply tells you to try again & terminates the call. This has been an awful experience today. Stand firmly by my posted reviews. See call logs. Tried other cities even. It's prevalent practice at Chase Bank. Cautionary tale... She continued to talk down to me and accuse me of not being a student for a student account when I wasn't even trying to open a student account. She then starting questioning me on my age. I told her there was an issue me trying to open an account online and as I was talking to the teller upfront while I waited she told me if could be a couple of issues. When I told the lady the teller said it might possible be this. She states "well the teller shouldn't be telling you anything because she knows nothing about opening accounts" I ended up walking out and will never sign up or tell anyone to use chase if this is the type of people they wish to employ.
