No matter who you are or who walks in every customer is greeted with a nice smile and warmth which is awesome. Because in today's times that doesn't always happen. I watched both of them make fun of a disabled customer, laughing loudly about her disability and looking at the poor woman the whole time they were laughing. You could see the employees , the customer and the entire line behind the customer were completely uncomfortable witnessing this interaction. This isn't the first time either I've overheard the branch manager, Sheena, loudly make fun of her own employees apperances while she was sitting down with one of the bankers. After confronting the company I was informed she would just be moved to another branch if they found her unfit for the SB branch. Do not support a company that allows these behaviors from their managers and branch leads, it's disgusting and deplorable.
