I opened an account with Sarai, who was super helpful and was engaging, she asked me about my goals, and offered me some options on how to get there. Kari and Chloe at the front counter were also amazing and helped me with a deposit that I made. The branch manager, Scott, also came and engaged in conversation a couple of times. All around the people are wonderful, and I couldn't recommend CU1 more!

My credit card was hacked due to some stupid mistakes I must have made on my computer, Kayla took the time out of her no doubt busy day to iron out the errors on my credit card, she managed to even get back some of the money I was being charged on my card and to put a stop to these scammers doing it over and over. Kayla was so professional the way she dealt with these unscrupulous companies, all the while letting me know I wasn't as dumb as I felt, and gave me good advice on how to order things on my computer. I was very happy with the way she handled things that I would recommend her to anyone that has a problem with their credit card being scammed. Kayla, thank you very much.

My husbands score went down, I lost 90 points because I lost the large credit limit and my usage percentage went up. When I signed for a joint account, shouldn't my signature be required to close it as well? Mr. Dem is also does not return calls.
