They've done things to my mortgage that is not in my loan agreement and I'm having a horrible time getting straightened out. They will put overdraft charges in your account for weeks prior even when you cover the overdraft same day. Worst customer service I've ever had in my life. After three years of giving them chance after chance I'm taking my business elsewhere although I'm still having to deal with them over my mortgage and still being ignored
