Beware! I have been with State Farm for over 20yrs. Recently moved to Nicholasville and…read moreunfortunately, transferred multiple policies to Randall Chewning. One of the 6 policies was for my home. My existing policy had a $1000 deductible with another company in KY. They wanted me to move that policy with my other 5 existing policies to their office. Even though it was communicated to match the policy I had, Heather matched the premium, but raised my deductible to $5,700! Yes it was in the quote in fine print, but I had no reason to not trust a company I had been with for over 20yrs then when they say they're going to match like for like, that they wouldn't. I had a claim of $6,000 this week, and was told that my deductible was $5,700. Shocked, I asked Randall to review. He did not care and refused to accept that an error had been made. It would have been illogical for me to move a policy into a higher deductible at the same premium, but he claimed I obviously wanted to. I am moving all my policies to Farmers Insurance. If you have a policy with the office, please read all the policy in detail because what they tell you is different from what they actually write the policy for if they can't compete. An insurance company is supposed to make sure your insurance needs are met, not tell you one thing and then try to get away with sneaking in something completely different. I would not trust this State Farm location with ANY of your insurance needs

I was recently appointed as the executor of a family members estate and had a very large amount of…read moredocuments, tax forms, statements, etc, that required shredding to be able to dispose of them. To say it politely, my family member apparently never threw anything away and was gifted with keeping tax forms, bills, and other documents for year, upon, year, upon year... I contacted a friend who recommended Knighthorst Shredding and I am so happy that I contacted them. I was able to schedule one of their very friendly drivers who came to the residence, collected the items, and shredded them on-site before leaving. The entire process was very easy and efficient. Drivers showed up when promised and very professional. Many times, people may think of companies like this only service businesses, but these guys also provide one-time shredding services (or more) to residential addresses. The price was well below what I expected and 5the whole process and transaction was fast and easy. I highly recommend Knighthorst Shreddingfor all business and residential document shredding with absolutely no reservations! I hope that I don't have to settle another estate ever again, but if I do, or have firends who are faced with the same situation, I will happily suggest Knighthorst Shredding to them with absolutely no reservations.
