Horrible Company in my opinion! "Registered Agents" are a dime a dozen so, do yourself a favor and choose a different company. They charged my credit card without my authorization for an additional service which I did not order. I have filed a fraud claim against them and they are being investigated for fraudulently charging my credit card. When I called to ask about the charges and to challenge them, they canceled my service on April 14th 2025 that were paid in full on April 1st 2025 (13 days prior) and have not refunded my money! They are incompetant. After spending several hundred dollars for three filings, all were wrong. They refused to make good on their errors, only telling me I can pay them more money for more filings. They have given me incorrect information over the phone on multiple occasions. They aren't always available during normal hours (isn't this what I'm hiring them for?) They have also removed their page off google, trying to hid their bad reviews behind a trucking company. These are the companies that overseas scammers are using to register LLC's in this country to give themselves an air of legimacy and to further their scams. The company I am working for had an employee move to Kentucky and they needed a registered agent located in KY to be able to register and received numerous tax ID numbers. We were unable to use our registered agent from California because we had to have a registered agent located in the state od KY. After researching I found that KY Registered agent was a very affordable option and the COO signed up. We needed additional information for one of the KY forms we were processing and we had trouble gain access to the account due to the COO forgetting to write down the PW on the account.
