They won't let you order your 1st round of renewal checks online so you have to go there or call. Well I've been waiting three weeks for delivery and nothing. I am flat out of checks at this point and have been for the last week really. I call again to check the status and am told that they were never ordered to begin with....So now I have to wait another 7-10 business days.
