Chesterfield Branch PNC has a FANTASTIC teller who immediately took appropriate steps and managed to allow my Carr Attendant to walk up to the Counter and get my new replacement Debit Card PNC disabled WITHOUT my knowledge even though I had EXPLAINED my situation prior and assure me it was "fine " the CSR at Chesterfield Branch went FAR beyond her job to try and rectify the previous experience. Oh, I only needed to show my Drivers License and NOT a vehicle Registration Certificate or Title to my vehicle. I didn't have either with me as Richmond Branch wanted to provide it but it wasn't my vehicle!! Advia Credit Union is FANTASTIC and wishing I saved my headache and went there in the beginning! Branches located throughout Michigan so I'll NEVER have another experience like PNC. read more
