I needed to make a deposit and this was the nearest place for me to go. I'm not the biggest fan of PNC Banks, but this one was pretty decent. Not quite sure how I lucked out on this, but I was able to get right up to the ATM without any wait. I appreciate the newer ATMs that you do not have to have an envelope. Awful experiences with this banks back office & total incompetent customer service once you need someone outside the branch t help you. Their technology is very outdated, antiquated. They still do things with paper checks as opposed to electronically?? Really, in 2025? Stay away form this institution is my opinion. I do business at this location regularly. Most of the time, things go very smoothly. I'm always greeted with a friendly staffer as I enter the building. Deposit and withdrawal slips and extra pens are plentiful. The cue for awaiting service with the available tellers is often very long. PNC offers a lot of perks for banking with them, and they organize their mobile and desktop computer platforms for clients to be very easy to use. This location is quick to answer with help if you come in seeking help with the software. As for the other components of the branch, the drive through wait times tend to be short. The walk-up atm devices are typically in good working order, and I have seldom seen them out of order. Pros: Larger than typical location, with a lot of people on staff. Plenty of parking and short drive through times. Cons: Inside cue is usually long and slow moving. read more

I do business here all the time and really have no issues except with some newer tellers who take forever in a day to process my many business transactions. And, quite honestly, they are not so new anymore. Just very deliberate, overtly slow. It can be maddening. I am sure they are just being careful and accurate, but other tellers zip right through all of my cash and checks so much faster. Maybe they aren't right for the job? Going forward I will need to avoid these tellers. My time is too valuable. read more

Way to go PNC! Removed teller windows so that customers are 10 people deep in line for service. Major fail.

Just moved to the area and my son and I are both in need of local banking. His work is requiring a routing and account number as soon as possible to continue employment. I applied for an account for him on line in order to receive the new customer incentive. Unbeknownst to me, you don't get a result for 2-3 business days. I called the toll free number and expressed my urgency to get the account information. The lady advised me to go into the local branch the next day and they could take care of me. She said if the account was still pending that they could just open an account for me. Well yesterday my son went in to the branch. A lady who barely speaks English was taking care of him, and was completely useless! First, she told him she couldn't find his account. He then showed her the confirmation email. She said that didn't matter and I asked her if she could open up an account for him. She offered a checking account where he had to maintain a $500 balance. I explained to her that he is basically a child and rarely does he have that much money in his account. She said there were zero other options for him, which I find very hard to believe since online and on the phone there were plenty of options. Needless to say after arguing with the woman I instructed my son to leave the bank. I immediately met him across the street at Citizens Bank where we were welcomed with open arms and where they took great care of us! Myself, my son and my daughter all opened an account. We were in and out within 20 minutes. The moral of the story is Do NOT go to this PNC branch for banking because they don't want your business and are unwilling to help you meet your banking needs. They need to hire employees who are capable of working with the public and understand the meaning of "Customer Service"! If I could give zero stars I would! read more

Terrible bank that steals! ATM didn't give me the money and said it did, it has been a month, PNC still has my money!!! I have filed all the necessary paperwork and complaints but am still getting the run around. Poor customer service when dealing with their escalation team. Tried to call this location twice to set up an appointment and after waiting over 5 minutes each time they disconnected me.

Deplorable customer service. With new management in the last few years customer service from tellers up to management at this branch is disgusting, rude, and down right ignorant. I am appalled at how they "run" this branch and with the regional manager falling in suite with their despicable behavior is a poor showing for PNC as a whole, no wonder the national ratings I have found on more than one consumer site shows no more than a 1 point rating. Jennifer, who pretends to manage this branch has no customer service skills and it's shows through her and her staff. Best bank in Pittsburgh there employees in the south hills location are great I use them for business and personal and have no complaints.

My mom has been a long term customer and as I took over my mom's assets (she is now 94) they have been awesome to work with. Shout out to Tom Walker in investments and the personal bankers. They are great with customers and advice. read more
