The lady I spoke with on the phone sent me an email with a number and instructed me to reply to the email with the necessary file. After sending her my insurance information, I never received a reply. One month later, I received a FINAL notice repeating the same message but without details. My agent had to call many times to finally speak with someone to understand what the issue was. The lack of detail in the letters, the failure to respond to my email, and the absence of customer support all indicate a significant problem, leading me to decide that I do not wish to be your customer in the future. This is a new low for your company, so disappointing it's unfortunate.

Third Federal did not make things easy for me by refusing to update the address of ONE statement…read morethat is mailed to an address where the family house was just sold. Instead, they told me not to be concerned because the account is closed and the mail will just be returned to the USPS!! They suggested I go to the post office and request address forwarding INSTEAD of them simply updating the address on that particular statement. I have a few larger accounts at this bank and now I'm going to be open to other banks that work with me better. They are absolutely ridiculous! I'm tired of just accepting this level of treatment.
