That's why I was completely taken by surprise with the disrespectful attitude of a female teller (I won't shame her by naming). She must have had a terrible day or be extremely personally sensitive because no one in service should respond in this disgraceful attitude, ugly tone of voice and hateful eyes. It did not make me feel comfortable transacting a large amount of money thru her. I mean, what the heck... I'm not looking to start my day off by being insulted. So, I left immediately. You can enter from three different directions, 252 or East Swedesford Road, but you have to exit onto East Swedesford only. If you want to return to where you came from, no matter where you came from, you can't. The ONLY way out is east on the one way road East Swedesford. What the heck? The branch is large and the employees are over the top friendly, in fact, one time I came in, I got shouted at as I was opening the door. "HOW ARE YOU TODAY, CAN I HELP YOU WITH ANYTHING???"

I was greeted by a surly bank teller you said to me "you need to put your mask on." I did not hear him, so I asked him to repeat himself. Very rudely and loudly he said "YOU NEED TO PUT YOUR MASK ON." I told him he was being rude and reminded him about the magic word we all learn in kindergarten "Please." I said to him how about "Please put a mask on." He repeated, in an angry tone, "please put your mask on." I placed my mask on and went to the teller next to him For the record, I noticed two other employees in the small office in the back working without masks on. Rules for thee, not for me? I had considered setting up my banking at TruMark out of convenience, but no longer. Once my car is paid off, I'm done with them. Customer service is so important to me and quite frankly this interaction left me puzzled and speechless.

Unfortunately, my experience with this credit union has been terrible…read more In theory, the customer can transfer funds to and from an external financial source, but in practice, it does not work. This has created a huge problem for me, as I was withdrawing funds from a Roth IRA and attempting to deposit the funds into my Citadel account. Citadel failed the financial institution's verification process (and this happened with a major bank's verification as well). Another time, Citadel froze my debit card, ostensibly for suspected fraud. It was just me, in a neighboring state, trying to get $60 out of MY account. Later, Citadel reps at the Paoli branch claimed that Citadel had called me. They didn't call me. And when I called the main CS number, I got THE worst call center person, who treated me like I had stolen my identity. And that's the other thing--for a small, regional credit union, they SHOULD have localish, personalized service and at much longer hours. My credit union in Washington state did! You call them and get a local person right away who is very helpful. As other reviews note, you cannot get anything done over the phone or by email. And their call center service is horrid. The people in the Paoli branch are nice enough. But they are not trained consistently, and they seem afraid to ask other staff if what they're saying is correct. I think there's a lot of CYAing going on, like if they admit they don't know how to do something, or you as the customer say "but that's not what so and so said" they are afraid a boss will hear/find out and they'll get canned. So the customer ends up getting bad information. One example is with online banking--their system disallows a password from being saved. I brought this up as an inconvenience to a teller, who insisted that no, it had to be my browser. Another time, someone else in the branch admitted that yes, they don't allow this b/c of security.

After completing the application where a soft inquiry credit check was done I got the call. George asked me to submit to a second soft credit check ? I refused and asked if he could get a loan . George went on about jg Wentworth being in the debt relief space . Yes the one you don't get money. He also went on about my debt which I'm aware of because I created it lol. My personal opinion jg Wentworth should stick to structured settlements.

Then they tell you not to pay your bills, send them the statements only to tell you to stop sending the statement notices and warnings you are receiving. I would like to know or see real live customers and reviews because there's no way people are leaving 4 and 5 stars with accounts going to collections!
