The lobby is always clean and tidy and welcoming. The line for in-person banking can get long here at times, especially during lunch hours, but I haven't had to wait more than 15 min during the early morning and late afternoon hours. They're also usually stocked with rolls of quarters if anybody needs to do a ton of laundry! lol

Eric, Robin, Nora, Pam, Efron, Fernando, Meera, Neeva, and Sibel to name a few are employees who provide outstanding service. Being 83 years old, I always ask them to check my addition. If I made an error, they correct it with a smile. An employee has called me several times at home reminding me my CD needs attention. Another employee provided outstanding service when someone stole my purse with my banking information inside and even called me at home the next day to see how I was feeling.
