On to next steps in my experience working with NACA counselors have been great they are aware of the protocols regarding this program they are very helpful, encouraging, and genuinely interested in helping you through this process. The one thing that I didn't like is when they switched counselors on me and she was located in DC and my previous counselor was in Richmond however, I was able to get her back as my counselor both of them are very good and professional. Make sure to ask a lot of questions do your research and to follow up with any paperwork / documents needed in order to complete the process, one las piece of advice is to be patient the process can be slow and uploading documents can be time consuming remember that it is a process be polite, consistent, and stay positive stay in contact with your counselor he/she is your main point of contact. We spoke to several banks, but it was always the same thing with them, they were trying to sell us something we were not looking for. Then one evening we found Sun Mortgage Company and read all the reviews. The next morning, we called Sun Mortgage Company and spoke to Don Rizzo. We told Don what we were looking for and he explained how the process works. After filling out the online application, we were all set to move forward. I was expecting a similar process to what the banks would have put us through but WOW, I was wrong! Before reaching out to Sun Mortgage Company we had attempted to go through our previous lender and other financial institutions, but they made it impossible. We were always talking to a different representitive each time and had to start over due to lack of information they had on their end, which meant starting the process over. This was fustrating!! Don Rizzo made this process quick, easy and painless. In just a short amount of time after supplying him with some of the documents he had requested, he found us the perfect loan and excellent rate to refinance our home. Once we had agreed on the loan and rate, Don was even able to get us in touch with a local law firm to handle the closing. This was one of the best loan experiences we have been through. We will be using Don Rizzo from Sun Mortgage Company again in the future. Thank you again Don.

We…read morewere purchasing a family home without the assistance of a realtor so we had a lot of questions that one probably doesn't ask of a mortgage lender, but Don was incredibly helpful at every step of the way. There were some repairs that needed to be made per the underwriters but once those were handled everything was smooth sailing. Always in communication, and if we weren't able to answer a call, there was an email from Don almost immediately afterwards. Would definitely recommend anyone on the area work with Don if you're looking for financing.

    with the current wells fargo fraud crisis you would expect the bank to have great customer service…read more unfortunately, the new manager and staff have not got the memo! the manager, danyelle sledge and banker 1 staffer jene irving, are very unprofessional, rude, condescending and disrespectful on the customer service level. i was treated unprofessionally by ms irving as a pmi customer and had security called on me for asking business questions. when i requested to speak with the district manager; the request was ignored THREE TIMES in contempt by the manager ms sledge; who also called security. i kid you not, i am a 58 year old male educator and conduct myself in a professional manner. however, this community does not respect such. calling security to avoid business is pathetic trick to turn the tables; just for asking direct relevant questions they want to avoid. currently, i am communicating with upper district management to resolve this wells fargo fiasco. how they handle problem staff will determine if i close my pmi accounts and move to a more professional bank without a shadow of fraud controversy. i do not take business disrespect in my community lightly in the slightest way! dysfunctional banking must be addressed immediately. *i will update this review asap when they reach a resolution and requested apologies. be aware! It's a pretty nice enovemnt...not that over cowered so that's good! Theres a seating area...about five six chairs for people waiting for a certain bank teller...Came here on a Sunday there's a huge parking lot behind wells fargo bank... Asked a few questions took them forever to understand that I was asking And what i needed... There was about two people helping with my issues... They were trying there best to acomendate my every needs...but I wish they were better at there job...hoping for more efficient people...but they came to with blank faces and wasn't so sure what paper work or what the email meant ... It took about thirty five minutes to fill out paper works ...sighhh
