For whatever reason they have cars parked in the drive-thru, I pull up waiting for at least 10 minutes until the security guard tells me to come inside and I'm like wait. Why is it closed, yet cars are parked in there and appear as if the drive thru is open. I sign in and need to speak with a customer service person and as I type this review it has now been 1 hour of waiting. I literally waited in my car because there were no seats to sit in. I would not recommend this branch because it seems this branch is just too slow. There's staff everywhere, but the service is very slow. If you can drive to another town, I would advise this. read more

Nice staff and impressive interior like most other TDs but the wait is forever and they understandably don't leave pens out for the customers. If you could have seen the number of complimentary suckers some homeless guy off the street snatched, you'd understand why they keep the pens on lockdown. I get it, you're training a new employee and she's learning. That I don't mind, I've been in that position numerous times. What bothers me is the lack of help this employee was getting from her manager when she's clearly struggling. I simply asked to withdraw cash as I had to return to my office ASAP, I expected to be in and out of there 5 minutes tops. The teller in training was having trouble with how to process this and ended up withdrawing cash from the previous customer's account (yikes). She was getting very worried (I would be too) and asked for assistance, the manager every so often would give her cryptic directions as she walked by preoccupied with something else. This went on for 25 minutes. TWENTY FI E MINUTES TO WITHDRAW CASH. No sense of urgency and no clear directions to the trainee, as if the trainee was being a bother for asking. Dear management, please train your employees better and if they're asking for help please give them the attention they need. They're handling people's money after all. read more

This branch is severely understaffed. The wait to see an account manager is over 40 minutes and the time it takes to get your account problems resolved is even longer. It is a very clean full-service branch and the branch manager is also quite helpful. She personally helped me find my way on one occasion, to my many thanks. So went here to get an official bank statement. I expressed to the banker how important it was and why I needed it to be official despite the wait time. I went to pick it up only to find out it was never placed or entered incorrectly. I think when it comes to banking and dealing with money those type of mistakes just shouldn't occur. Only redeemable part was Shanteya who tried to assist but unfortunately it couldn't account for her colleagues mistake. I think maybe more training is needed! read more

This is by far the worst TD location I have ever encountered .If you go to the drive in ,pack a lunch .I had to call inside after waiting a few minutes and someone came finally .The took so long with my deposit that I had to call back and fine out what was going on.Never again ! read more

Went to deposit a check, waited for 1.5 hrs, got the text that I'm third on line, waited for another 45 minute still no call. Got tired returned home, never experienced that long to deposit just a check and returned without depositing. read more

This branch doesn't care about their customers at all. They employee one teller. Lines consistently 10-12 people deep. Avoid at all costs.

Not enough staff. Long lines. And the staff they do have working are taking their sweet time. The customer service staff is absolutely horrible walking around doing nothing while people are waiting. They had to bring multiple chairs for people waiting because the lines are so long. read more

This branch is terrible. They never are fully staffed. The drive thru is always closed. This morning I arrived as soon as they were open. I had two ppl in front of me. The guy that was there was new and all by himself. Meanwhile there were 3 other staff there sitting at their desks. They could not assist him. I am unsure if they even knew how. It took me 25 mins before I got to him. When I got to him he couldn't help me because he was unfamiliar with how to do the transaction. He was very kind as he attempted to call his manager to walk him through the process but I was pressed for time. The branch should not allow him to be all alone knowing he wasn't fully knowledgeable of how to perform all tasks. Saturday morning are busy with all sorts of transactions. The line grew longer and longer. I ended up leaving and going to another branch who was able to assist me with my transaction. Mulberry Street Newark TD has to do better. read more

This bank has been the absolute worst banking experience of my entire life! My accounts were frozen on March 9th without any communication or any explanation from TD Bank. I have no access to bill payment or cash withdrawals. My bills paid electronically were denied. The account has tens of thousands of dollars in it and no history of fraud attempts to my knowledge. I have excellent credit, have never made a late payment, have never had any banking issue before. I have spent literally hours on the phone with customer service (what a joke!) and nothing has been done. I have been to 2 different branches and the branch representatives and managers have no direct access to customer service or the fraud dept!!l They have to wait on hold as long as the customer does! Then customer service tells me they have no ability to make outgoing calls!! I suppose they can't use email, text or their own secure message center either??!! This bank sucks. They take my deposits quickly enough, of course there is no problem with that! But getting access to my own money is something they can't seem to give me. DON'T USE TD BANK!! read more

if you're at the drive through get your lazy carcass out of the car and go in ; It's not usually the Teller who's slow but the car in front who either ; forgot a deposit slip; withdrawal; or any of the other million transactions they can do. get more Familiar with making Deposits at an ATM if you don't have time to wait. Every Tellers job is to make sure they answer every question correctly and Help the needs of the customer in front of them. Do you think THEY WANT to listen about what your kid almost ate that day in the picnic? NO! but because you're a business customer and have 76 different deposits that day the teller has no choice but to dangerously multi task and talk at the same time. I'm a business customer and always have to make at least 50 different deposits on a Monday because we don't make Deposits on weekends and I may hold up the Line but as an employee of the account holder I don't think I should Stay Silent and be rude to the Teller who's kindly taking care of me. Seriously people you're NOT the only ones at the bank. Learn to use an ATM or stop being so Medieval and use Mobile Deposit!
