I came here on Monday 2/7. My brain was beyond frazzled after coming from a 5 hour meeting at my work, but I had such a positive, stress free experience. I didn't make an appointment so when I walked in I was greeted and "got in line" on my phone using a QR code and texting system. I barely had to wait before I was able to sit down and address what I needed. Sometimes when I talk to people in finance they make me feel like an idiot for not having the same level of financial literacy they do. Mansplaining? Perhaps. Banker-splaining? Definitely. Not so with Kevin! He sat down with me and was down to earth, kind and answered all my questions clearly and thoroughly without making me feel stupid or rushed. Kevin patiently helped me not only select a credit card that fits just want I need, but printed a new slate grey debit card to replace my falling apart ugly orange one and switched my one account to a performance select account. I'm happy to know I'm making the most of my money. Because I had such a positive experience, I came back again to make sure a check that I mobile deposited went through. This is my home bank and I use it for work and personal. Staff is wonderful. The thing that I get frustrated with is not related to this bank but are related to PNC policies in general so know that there's nothing they can do about it. I like walking up to the teller and seeing people in person. I don't want to be pushed towards technology or making deposits in a slot. Let me visit with someone and wait in line if I want to. I've noticed if a line gets long for tellers, a banker often jumps in to help which is great. Business bankers do a great job. I've done wire transfers several times, opened accounts and had questions ... they are always knowledgeable and help. Thank you! read more

If only I could give this place NO STARS... where do I begin? First of all, the employees here clearly have no place working with the general public and lack hospitality. THEY ARE SLOWER THAN MOLASSES, whether you do the drive-through tellers or physically walk into the building. It's great if they want to treat clients as their therapists, but if there's a crowd of people waiting to get their finances situated then you'd think these folks would get it together but nope! Their ATM machines are always malfunctioning, which is quite a damn shame since I'd rather spend my time at an ATM rather than deal with their less than incompetent employees. Here's a story: I came into the establishment to make a deposit and to exchange currency before since, guess what, their ATM wasn't working. Then the bank teller proceeds to literally tell me to use an ATM machine next time, (BELIEVE ME I AM SHOOK!) after she spent her time huffing and puffing like the Big Bad Wolf from counting money and barely making eye contact with her tacky, distasteful glasses. OK~ so first of all, I would have been to an ATM next time as she had directed me to do so before if 1) the amount of ATM machines actually worked, 2) the ATM machines were capable of converting smaller bills into larger bills but they're not (they only dispense and *sometimes* deposit cash), and 3) as a bank teller, YOU ARE PAID HOURLY TO DO YOUR JOB AS A TELLER, you're not paid to redirect customers to use ATMs. Nobody asked for your financial advice or suggestions, especially from some weathered broad who makes probably $26K/yr. And also, how rude, unsympathetic, and incompetent. In a hypothetical scenario: What if there are elderly customers who don't know how to use those machines? Or what if there was a need to get actual clarification on their bank account? Like seriously, just shut up and do your job. I'd rather run into oncoming traffic than to ever bank with this location, maybe even company ever again. read more

This location is a main location for this bank. That means they offer longer hours then most other locations. We have worked with PNC to deposit the resources from our wedding and they were very accommodating for us. They opened up a savings account for my wife and I and gave us a desk and representative to make the deposit so we wouldn't feel uneasy with a larger deposit at the teller window. I like PNC everybody is friendly and it's nice thy have free coffee and other free stuff which is awesome !

This Bank is using unethical banking practices to avoid fixing their mistakes. They charged an unwarranted overdraft fee. I went to the bank to rectify the situation and I advised that a regional manager will contact me to refund the fee, it's been nearly a week and they are still giving me the run around whenever I call them. I plan on closing my multiple accounts with them as it appears use various scamming ways to charge clients various hidden/unnecessary fees and uses time consuming tactics to avoid rectifying situations. It's a shame that some banks still use these practices. read more

Love PNC and the tellers are very friendly and make me feel like a valued customer. I stop in the miracle mile branch several times per week for our business. I am writing this review because my business partner and I are amazed at how unprofessional and disrespectful the branch manager, PENNY is! We have witnessed her "talking down" and saying nasty remarks to her tellers on several occasions. Penny doesn't care that all the customers can hear her. It is no wonder why we see new tellers so often. It would take a pretty tough employee to put up with the humiliation she so publicly dishes out. We assume her father is the CEO. HAHA read more
