The bank personnel that assisted me was very nice and helpful. Customer service here is great. In August 2019, I came to withdraw cash at the outside ATM and I had no issues. GENERAL -- Chase bank in general is good. I've had a Chase account for years. They have a nice app (on your phone) for those who need banking at their fingertips. The fraud department is definitely working on your side but they may be working too much. Chase locked me out of my account when I was trying to get some cash withdrawals a few months ago - because according to them, I was not in a safe neighbourhood where the Chase ATM was and I was withdrawing a small amount of cash. Mind you, I was just outside of Rocky River neighbourhood. Anyway, the issue was later solved. My opinion, it's not well situated, being on a hidden drive on the outer loop of Legacy Village. I would argue if one didn't already know it was here, or hadn't pulled it up in proximate locations, one would be hard pressed to find it. My complaint today is that the ATM, my reason for stopping, wasn't updated. I felt like I was going back in time stopping at this location, even in comparison to the bank's other branches that I know of. Maybe that lack of investment speaks to the future of this location.

They charged me $36.00 and sent the payment back then and there. No chance to pay it on my own and at all, which I could have just transferred some money. They have no 24 hour grace. You get charged overdraft fees as soon as it hits. The bank manager calls me in the middle of traffic the only reason why I answered is because I thought it was my daughter's school, similar number. I tell her I'm driving, she proceeds to talk anyway. Mind you I was on my way to visit my brother in the hospital. She tells me that she's calling so I can pay the bill that they sent back. It reminded me of a collection agency. I have never in my life had a bank call about an overdraft. I was kind of upset, the charge, it was a mistake and she was calling me and insisting I talk while I'm coming up cedar hill. That busy hill. Window is down can't hear her at all. So I was talking loud. She thought I was yelling at her and then said "I don't think this is going well, we're not communicating well." I told her, I'm in traffic I can't hear you. She still keeps talking. Needless to say I closed this account a month later after all of my business was done. No thanks. Went to a real bank. No 24 hour grace, $36.00 returned payment fee, and $36.00 overdraft fee in a matter of minutes. Didn't even have a chance to pay it.
