Lakeside is also an excellent company. Their attorney, Raina, has saved deals for me when other title companies didn't want to handle escrow agreements and a few other tricky situations. Uncle Sam had different ideas and we had to move away and rent our home. It was very reassuring to know that Wilkinson and our agent, Mary H. were taking care of everything for us while we were away, to include finding new tenants. Our house was never empty. We recently sold our home and Mary and our real estate agent kept us informed every step of the way. We didn't need to travel to the DC area at all. We highly recommend Wilkinson and Mary H.

My local manager Julie P. performed in the most professional manner. In the past two years I or shall I say we had to deal with a continous ongoing issues wich began two weeks into occupancy. Thousands of dollars later along with neglet or disrespect of the property along with very strong verbal abuse both in person and on social media to Julie and any body whom showed to fix the issue, she kept her composure and all issues were addressed imediately. Patrick F. with corporate in VA. also communicated with Julie and I to mend the issues. I highly reccomend this company if you are in need to rent yourself or lease your property persoanlly. Thank you Willkinson Property Management Company for all your support. I will continue to work with them. To tenants, a word of advice, treat the property as if it was your own. The way you act is not only a reflection on you but your children, especiaaly whom live with you. To owners, be careful and Do Not think with your heart. We cut the teants a break beings it was the Holidays at the time and they both were married each with two young girls of their own. With poor credit we only asked for a one month deposit instead of two, because my wife and I met under the sam circumstances. NEVER AGAIN totally MEAN AND UNGRATEFUL. If you want to rent a brand new 2600 sq.ft. home then go and pay $7000 a month. Things go in full circle, God has his way. KARMA is a bitch.

When I arrived I was greeted by a man named Jordan, who was friendly & courteous. Jordan evaluated my windshield chip & told me flat out that not all repairs are successful and in the event they're unable to repair my cracked windshield, I still owe them $60 (made sense to me). The whole process took roughly 40 minutes & during my time waiting I learned more about what the business offers. The repair was successful & I was only charged $60. Competitively speaking, they're $50 cheaper than Safelite. When I checked out Safelite in Prince Frederick, they wanted $119 to repair my windshield.
