I loved the fact that there was not just one lonely banker at a window, but I noticed 4 bankers, and the lights were actually turned on, not off, like at other "sad" banks in the area. However, I would have given 5 stars, but, I felt, that you don't have much incentive to open a savings account, when your money, does not grow much interest whatsoever, whats the point?, also no free checks. Yes, some of us, still use checks.....and I don't think having your name and address printed in cursive, should have an up-charge, just for that, THAT! should be free. A little perk/less, maybe I am a little old fashioned, but, when you used to go to a bank, you knew you were going to come out ahead in one way or another for keeping your money in there over time, Overall, I liked the atmosphere and professional upbeat vibe at Regions!
