Onto the next episode of vehicular banking. This is basically my first one on the road. I had an upcoming convention for work and it was in DC, so for me to travel by car I was going to just stop at a bank when I made a pitstop. I usually stop in Frederick on my way down because I know there are multiple good eateries.
I'm more accustomed to the banks back around home and not so sure about other banks outside of my home state. So beforehand I made sure to do a search to where some banks were that would give me an idea to make sure I didn't go too far out of my way.
I kind of had a deja vu moment when I came here. A few years prior I was in this plaza on one of my trips. However, I had never been to this end of the plaza. I pull in and make my way to the ATM. Being from Pittsburgh area, this just felt like a nod to home while heading out of town.
It was simple and convenient. The place was setup to work with the plaza and allowed for a fairly quick stop before I got back onto the highway to continue on my way. read more
