How does the name "Hayley" get turned into "Heyley"? I was changing my last name only so I don't see how this could happen. After ordering checks and being charged for the ordered checks that we were told to come back to that branch and they told us that they didn't see an order for the checks under our account, when I was told this I looked up the charge on the account on my phone, and only then did they say that they would "look into it". If you are looking for incompetent people and to waste your time this bank is it.

The person I spoke to was incompetent and told me I only had one credit card with the bank which is untrue I have more than one. Because I was getting false information, I asked to speak to a supervisor. Then he disconnected me. Calling back twice got me disconnected after i got in the que again, so I had to personally go into the Seneca Meadows Branch Branch Thurs. The branch told me they fixed the problem and that they would overnight my new credit card to me which should have arrived yesterday (Fri). Card never arrived yesterday or today (Sat) so I contacted customer service again only to find out it was never sent. I also found out that the the customer service who supposedly took care of the problem, shut down the wrong account number (2nd screw up). Found this out after my husband used the credit card today which I reported lost; and he notified me the charge went through. How BOA stays in business I have no idea? Completely, COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT! I previously took my business away from them by refinancing my mortgage with a local credit union 1/2 mi. away --- saving over 1.5% over BOA's offered "best rate" --- and shut down all of my other accounts that I had with BOA last June. I guess now I should find other credit card company to deal with also since they obviously can't complete the simplest of account tasks -even if you go into the branch and speak to them they manage to SCREW UP!!! And if Bank of America is listening, I guess it doesn't matter to you that with me leaving you, YOUR COMPANY LOST lost over $90,000 INCOME SINCE I REFINANCED WITH ANOTHER BUSINESS. Sukesh Fernando, was so helpful. He was patient, as English wasn't her native language, and clearly explained her options & she was able to choose the account that suited her needs. He overcame several logistical issues and helped her get the banking app downloaded and working on her phone. I was truly impressed as this was going above & beyond, and his tech skills are better than we encountered at the Apple store, and he managed to solve a major issue she was having with her phone. She walked out of there with the account opened, and able to use her new account on her phone. While there the branch manager came in & introduced herself as she explained she likes to meet all her new customers. Excellent customer service and experienced staff who really do solve your banking problems!

Due to their incompetent and lack of listening and following instructions, I am being penalized an additional amount after paying my yearly renewal premium. Long story short, I was with Erie insurance and during my tenure I never had an issue. Ever since VW Brown took over Erie, the new folks have been nothing short of idiots. I have 3 homes, and multiple cars, all of which are screwed up on the policy with VW Brown. I explained multiple times of how my situation is with where each vehicle should be and how each property is classified and at no point was this corrected. Now, simply asking for insurance cards, leads to me being charged an additional $400 due to VW Brown, Eric Kane, and his associates incompetency. Truly, the mistake is by VW Brown and should be paid out of their own funds, yet they are going to make the innocent party pay. I work as a licensed realtor, and had referred my clients to VW Brown, which I will no longer do. I truly hope a better company comes in and removes there incompetent people...
