This the 3rd branch I went too and they all are slow as molasses but the service is not smiley friendly. It's more of I smiled back but I know you're upset from waiting so long. They do say thank you each time they take my money. But they make me feel so conflicted while giving it to them.

They continue to raise the minimum requirements on their accounts so they can charge your more each money to hold your money. Go go in too early on a Monday and expect them them to have change or be able to break large bills....they dont get their money until later in the day. With that all being said the ladies are nice and always smile, but AVOID this BANK unless you enjoy giving away your hard earned money and will need to visit another Bank to get the rest of the services that a traditional bank would offer.
