It is quite important to ensure you have those skills in someone when you are a first-time home buyer. You will hit the lottery if you use Bobby Papadopulos as your loan officer. There are not enough words to express the upmost gratitude and satisfaction with his services or his team. There are so many people in this industry for quick cash and possibly the wrong reasons. Bobby is the complete opposite. I was more than defeated in the home loan process. After a random yet quick search on Yelp, I found Bobby and decided to message him. I see why he has five stars. Although skeptical, because who is perfect? I have seen perfection in his abilities. Bobby allowed me to call him at 7:00 AM, through tears and disarray coming from my end, he stated, "I will help you". My situation was far from easy, he decided to still help us. Through diverse companies not explaining the process or requiring funds without explanation, Bobby held our hands throughout this entire process. From day one to closing day and beyond, Bobby does not leave you. He takes the time to explain to you what is occurring, why it is occurring and how to ensure a successful closing, organize finances and better yourself. He is extremely patient and understanding. He has worked in his personal time to guarantee deadlines would be met and satisfied. Without being local to me, he communicated with agencies near me to get the work done. Five stars does not compare to the amount that he and Contour Mortgage deserves. He has completely changed our lives for the better. Bobby is someone I wish was in every field not just the mortgage company because he brings professionalism, kindness, and perception. If you are looking for a home, find a home with a person who cares about your wellbeing above all. That will shape your mindset for your new journey- Bobby is the person to set you up on the right path. I will highly recommend him to anyone and everyone.

He never pushed us outside of our comfort zone or made us feel like we needed to overbid just to win a house. Instead, he listened to what was important to us, gave us honest advice, and always made us feel like he truly had our best interests at heart. When a deal we had going went south, he maintained communication and continued to guide us through even though he was away on vacation. His level of commitment and understanding really says a lot about the kind of person he is. More than anything, we felt that he was genuine. He wasn't just trying to make a sale--he genuinely cared about our family and wanted to help us find the right home. We always felt comfortable, respected, and supported throughout the process. Everyone he referred us to (inspector, lender, attorney & movers) were also great. He truly has a wonderful team and his reputation is unmatched. We are incredibly grateful that we found him and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. An amazing realtor and, more importantly, a genuinely good person. We originally discovered Todd through Yelp and decided to give him a call, he was readily available to answer all our questions and get the process started. Once all our paperwork was submitted, he was able to get our preapproval quickly, little did we know we would be on a lock down due to the pandemic shortly after. Fortunately, Todd was understanding and had patience with us during this crazy time. Once things got a little less hectic, we were able to pick back up where we left off. He took the time to explain our loan options on multiple occasions and was ALWAYS available to answer all our questions. Todd put a lot of hard work and dedication into getting us the right loan that worked for us, all while keeping our best interest in mind. He was able to provide us with an FHA option as well as a conventional. We decided on the FHA since it made more financial sense for our situation. We were made aware by our realtor that the process for an FHA loan can take longer than others, but with the dedication of Todd and his team we were cleared for our FHA purchase in only 11 days!!! The seller really wanted to close by a certain date which seemed impossible at first, but Todd pulled through and made it happen. He communicated very well with our realtor and attorney throughout the process, everyone worked great together overall as a team. Being a first time home buyer can be both stressful and scary, we had a million and one questions, we would call the office throughout the day, as the phone would ring on my end I would think to myself "they probably think we are so annoying", but once they answered the phone they were very patient and tentative and made us feel extremely comfortable no matter how many times we had to call them. In conclusion, Todd took a major weight off our shoulders by guiding us throughout this entire process. I would highly recommend Todd and his team to anyone looking for a mortgage loan. His services are outstanding, and we will forever be thankful for all their dedication to get us into our first home!!!
