Apparently there is a computer by their work area and it alerts them to calls but they don't see them or check messages. There are like 3 phone numbers online to call but they are useless. I tried to go to bat for this customer, but unfortunately there wasn't anything I could do to help other than write another check and hope it doesn't get returned. Very Disappointed.
