I had the pleasure of having Sudee as our DJ for our wedding. He also handled our lighting and provided me with a photobooth as well. I would have LOVED to use him as an emCee but we needed a bilingual one for my non-English speaking parents. From the first time I met Sudee, I instantly knew he'd be awesome! His energy and passion for his work is really evident from the first time you speak with him. During our initial consultation, he walked me through the entire process from beginning to end - and provided me with everything I needed to know along with a list of preparations to customize the wedding to my style. I got him the requested items, and he really just took it from there! He also had a lot of really cool ideas as well as advised on timelines and music choices. He is very knowledgeable and had everything organized down to the finest detail - which I LOVED! He coordinated with my wedding planner and handled everything like a pro. the owner Sudee Mann did my sister's wedding in Disneyland hotel in 97. The wedding was so much fun that people ask her to get married again so they can party all over again. We found him at a wedding convention and we were a bit skeptical of getting a dj versus band but he busted an impromptu act for us that really impressed us that we knew he'd be amazing! Friends/family have used his company. He was great and engaging. He brought props for the wedding, introduced the wedding party to the theme of rocky. Really sat with my sis and her husband about specific songs they wanted during father/daughter dance, mother/son, couple dance etc, coordinated with the wedding coordinator, it looks like his company has grown through the years too. read more

My first time seeing DJ/MC Sudee Mann in action was for an intimate backyard wedding during the pandemic, and I was blown away by his energy, positivity and assertiveness. He made it so much fun, getting the guests involved with fun games and interactive dances. His mic technique was on point because he skillfully got the crowd pumped and transitioned well. I have known Sudee for over 17 years. He has grown his business from a DJ service to full on event planning and entertainment. As an Activities Director at a high school, Sudee helped me and my students plan OUTSTANDING dances. The most recent was a Prom at Angel Stadium Diamond Club which included fireworks. I worked a Jr' High Graduation party with these people this last weekend in Poway. What a bunch of great people to work with from Chirper & Natalie as well as Dennis they got the kids dancing and it was professional as well. They have great parties for graduations as well as D.J. Weddings. Amy runs the set-up and she is totally oranganized and professional. I can't wait to book them for my daughters Jr. High graduation next year. They have a nice website but it really does not show how awesome it is. The dancers interact and get all the kids out dancing to the music. read more

I contacted Preferred Weddings as a recommendation from a friend (who is an event planner) where they provided entertainment for her wedding. I can't thank her enough for the great recommendation! Sudee was our DJ for our wedding and he made it so much fun the night went by in a blink of an eye. He emceed the ceremony, dinner, and post dinner party. He has the entire room up on their feet dancing - honestly, my husband and I anticipated not many people would be dancing but Sudee proved us wrong in our assumptions, they all danced and laughed all night. Just read a "filtered" review that was negative. I am writing to say I had a similar bad experience with PMMNP in San Diego. The DJ was extremely late, never called to let us know and we had 200 kids waiting. When he finally showed up he had equipment problems and didn't bring some of the items we were promised and paid for. The owner was very nasty over the phone, and after months of trying to get some sort of refund we finally gave up. Thank you for providing a forum for honest feedback.
