We sold one home and while waiting for closing, Mark was able to help us find our dream home. He worked things out so that we were able to move into the new home a few days before closing on the old home. He was able to accomplish this because he had the trust of all parties. Both of our closings were stress free. Mark and his team covered all bases for smooth signings. I would, and do, recommend the Hiller Group to anyone contemplating selling or purchasing a home or other real estate. They are knowledgeable, trustworthy and very pleasant to boot!

Not much time when moving from coast to coast. We knew we wanted to own our next home. We knew that this would be no small feat with only 1 month to work with. Especially since we didn't have a home picked out and weren't under contract yet! After looking at a lot of homes online and scouring the internet for a realtor, I decided on the Hiller Group. We found a house we loved, but unfortunately it went under contract before I made the call to the Hiller Group. Daniel responded very quickly and got us several listings in the area matching our needs (some were not even listed on realtor.com or Zillow) and we quickly fell in love with a home. When we contacted Daniel about the property he quickly arranged to go to the property to do a showing via video call since we were in California and gave us his honest opinion and recommendations throughout the walkthrough. My husband and I quickly fell in love with the property. Daniel, respectfully gave us time to discuss it but my husband and I had already made our minds up so we quickly called Daniel back and asked him to draw up the contract. Daniel was very responsive and got the contract to us quickly for signing according to our wishes and delivered to the seller for approval. We just beat someone else on submitting a contract and since we were quicker the sellers went with our offer. We then transitioned to Bryanna who assisted us through the escrow process. Bryanna kept us well informed throughout the entire process and answered all of our questions. When we made it to Florida, days before closing, she and Paige met us at the property so we could walk through the property in person and answered our questions. Paige was at our closing prepared to answer our questions and to welcome us to Florida! Such a seamless transaction from start to finish! I highly recommend the Hiller Group to anyone. They are very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. If I have missed any names I apologize. Every person we interacted with at the Hiller Group were wonderful. Thank you for making it happen!! :)

This company has so many hidden fees in their 20 page lease. There are many addendums to justify…read moretheir added costs. One instance is their offer of a valet service. It is not an offer with an option to opt out. It is a mandatory $30 monthly fee, whether you use the service or not. If you do use the service and work beyond the time you need to move your garbage can back indoors, you will get a violation fee. Likely $50-100. They require you to use their business apps to pay rent, utilities, package service, etc. These total more than $20 per month. All in all you will pay nearly $1k per year extra on top of the high rent. The water treatment stench is horrible. Don't get a unit in the vicinity of that because YOU WILL experience the stench daily. Only upside to this place is its location. Also it is not senior or kid friendly. No accommodations for seniors as in access to upper floors or grab bars for safety in bathrooms. Tub/shower is very high to step into and is an accident waiting to happen. Keep track of your deposit, they are required by law to send an itemized statement via certified mail to inform of any claim to deduct a portion of your security deposit. They don't. Be aware of that. Also pet deposit is $500 per pet and $40 pet rent fee. Buyer beware. I am sure I will get a response from the leasing office saying I am a disgruntled former tenant. I am. They harassed us endlessly and accused us of smoking in the unit without giving us any factual evidence of the accusation. Walk around the property, there are cig butts everywhere including near the leasing office. Not a positive atmosphere IMO.

But then I remembered a postcard I received in the mail months ago from Gulf Coast Home Buyers. I went digging in my "junk mail" kitchen drawer. And WA LA! There it was. At first I was skeptical and I did want to have a realtor to help sell my home because I was not in the local area. A realtor would just make things simpler. But anyway, I still decided to give them a call. I ended up making contact with William Mcclelland, a representative for GCHB. He was able to gain my trust and ensured me that their process was simple and easy. And another good selling point, I didnt need a realtor. So I was able to keep that 5-6% that realtors charge. My house wasnt selling for much so that 5-6% meant a lot. So anyway, it was my first experience selling a home and having to sign documents electronically. Which was great because I didnt want to go all the way to Fl just to sign closing documents. They kept their promises and best of all we closed before the target closing date. I highly recommend Gulf Coast Home Buyers to anyone. They made this experience stressless. They did all the leg work while all I had to do was sign papers. Thank you GCHB. SINCERELY, NOEL GORIS.
