I will NOT recommend Infinity at Hammock Bay based on my move-out experience…read more After living in the apartment for one year and leaving the unit clean and in good condition, I received a $649 charge to repair and replace a refrigerator door due to what appeared to be a minor cosmetic mark. The amount was shocking and, in my opinion, completely disproportionate to the issue. What makes this even more frustrating is that we proactively requested a move-out inspection on several occasions because we wanted to identify and address any concerns before vacating the unit. Each time, we were told that nothing major should be a concern. Based on those conversations, we believed there were no significant issues that would result in substantial move-out charges. When we later received the several charges, we asked whether the mark could be buffed out or otherwise repaired without replacing the door. That option was immediately dismissed, and we were told that repairing and replacing the door was the chosen course of action. As tenants, we had no input in that decision, yet we were expected to bear the full cost. What made the situation even more disappointing was the interaction with Tina, the property manager. During our conversation, she was dismissive, rude, and unprofessional when we attempted to discuss reasonable alternatives and better understand the charge. Rather than working toward a fair resolution, our concerns were brushed aside. She even emphasized that the apartment unit will not have been able to be rented out with the fridge's cosmetic issue. The charge also does not align with our own move-out video evidence documenting the condition of the apartment when we vacated. Prior to moving out, we requested a move-out inspection on several occasions because we wanted to address any potential issues before turning over the unit. We were repeatedly told that nothing major should be a concern. I strongly encourage future residents to thoroughly document their unit with photos and videos, request written confirmation of any move-out guidance provided by management, and keep records of all communications. My experience left me with serious concerns about the fairness, transparency, and consistency of the move-out charge process.

We were unfairly charged for a whole fridge door replacement when there was a minor cosmetic issue…read more Despite having a video showing proof that the current cosmetic issue did not exist on the day of move out, they insist we are responsible and are not cooperative in mediating. Tina, the property manager has been extremely rude in this process. I would strongly advise in finding alternative places to live.

This is in addition to a wide variety of social activities provided at the clubhouse by management during the entire year. The complex has a reliable and very capable 24/7 on site courtesy officer and a gated entrance for security. An outstanding responsive maintenance department is also greatly appreciated. My wife and I reside in a 2 bedroom unit that is very spacious and smartly designed giving my visitors privacy with their own full bath adjoining the guest room far apart from the master. My wife loves the spacious kitchen, it's stainless steel appliances and lots of cabinet space. Our outdoor views are all natural and wooded which we love. Lastly and probably most importantly is the always kind, competent and hard working management team that without their consistent efforts, the Sanctuary wouldn't be what it is. And that is a true community feel, that helps to create new friendships, a beautiful well maintained environment and much much more. As with everything in business, all good things and success starts at the top. The Sanctuary has an outstanding management team making it a great place to live. Sincerely Frank and Jing

The staff at the Leasing office, Lisa, Paula and Kelsie are always welcoming, very helpful and caring! They always host the best residents events! The ladies are very knowledgeable! The property is clean, and very well kept. For the past 3 years, they're very consistent with yearly inspections! This is by far, the best apartment complex we've lived in! Never really had an issue while living in here except maybe some dog owners are very lazy and not picking up after their pets despite the fact that the property has several pet waste station! They have a very decent trail where you can enjoy morning or evening walks. We felt very safe here over the last three years, we're only leaving due to job relocation. Highly recommend this to everyone!!!

Very unprofessional, misleading, and unfair. My husband was called to serve in the Israeli Army…read moreReserves, which forced me to break my lease. From the very beginning, I clearly communicated my situation to the property manager, Brittany, by email. She instructed me to provide a letter from the Army, saying the company would review it and potentially relieve me from termination penalties. I submitted the letter, only to be told it was insufficient. Brittany then referred me to Melissa, who told me over the phone exactly what additional information was needed. I went through the expense and hassle of translating, notarizing, and revising the letter exactly as instructed. After waiting days, I was abruptly informed my documentation would not be accepted simply because my husband serves in the Israeli Army rather than the U.S. Army--a fact they knew from the very beginning. Instead of being upfront, they misled me into wasting time and money, making me believe compliance would resolve the matter. To make things worse, Melissa ignored my emails and calls entirely. I had to send multiple follow-ups just to get a partial response from Jamie, while Brittany also stopped replying. This is the type of customer service they provide--unprofessional, unresponsive, and dishonest. I was transparent from the start, but Primrose and Olympus Property were not. Their lack of accountability has caused me unnecessary frustration and hardship. I would never recommend doing business with them.

She always checks in and makes sure that everything is OK. There are laundry services on-site. Animals under 20 pounds are accepted with proper paperwork. Service animals or ESA are also accepted with proper paperwork Stove and refrigerator are included. I would rate the noise level a 2 to 3 if the scale were 1 out of 10. It's very quiet and peaceful. You can hear your neighbor just barely. Enough to be background noise that's actually comforting. Garbage disposal is included with rent. You are assigned a parking spot. You can usually feel the breeze off of the bay even though you're not right on the bay You are about 1 mile and a 4 to 5 minute drive away from the shops and Food of Freeport. Several issues Thomas offered nothing to correct. Some he said he could but I'd go months longer without my pool. As for the leak detection after replaster they are claiming they did. That's a bold face lie. Which it typical of blue haven employees. I asked for a leak detection due to loosing several inches of a water a day. I was told I to fill out a form stating I would pay for the leak detection if no leak was found and it would be up to $600. I refused to do that and showed them the leak myself which was a hole in the new plaster that they had already tried to patch twice. You did replace two patches of sod in my and my neighbors yard after your sub ran his can through my and my neighbors yard after a hard rain for no reason severely damaging both yards. However the time a different sub destroyed my other neighbors yard y'all did nothing to help there. I had to fix those damages myself. Y'all did a crap job and you know it. Even your own staff has admitted it. Honestly y'all's dishonesty and unprofessionalism is worse than the poor work yall performed.
