Renters Beware! We attempted to rent a home managed by this company. We are overly qualified…read moreprofessionals, as confirmed through their own mandated background check. First, they put us through hell just to get approval for a small indoor cat in a single fam home. Ok, we dealt with it. Then, we finally got the written lease. 1st line had a typo- red flag but not super serious. Lease was all over the place, ambiguous, & contradictory. So we emailed our specific questions. Response? "refer to the lease." We were- thats why we had questions. So, we called "MATT LUBERTO, Director of Operations." He was the rudest person Ive ever dealt with. Refused to answer question as simple as "how does your company handle service requests from tenants?" Told me he isnt an attorney and cannot explain the lease. Asked what appliances are covered? Again, he doesnt know. Asked how he would know whether the appliance is owner responsibility? Answer- based on the lease (the same lease he said he cant interpret bc he isnt a lawyer, but somehow expects us to interpret when this isnt our business.DO NOT SIGN A LEASE MANAGED BY THIS PEOPLE! Wasted a month of our time on a company that cant even say how what they do!
