Yulia in the office is very nice. BUT, nice isnt enough in this business. They are TERRIBLE with any accounting follow thru. My tenant moved out at the end of August. Its almost Christmas and I havent been settled out financially despite numerous emails and promises. There was also a missing distribution last year that didnt get resolved for 6 months at least despite numerous emails. They are responsive at first and then they ghost. They did however take care of my tenant as far as I know and they were reasonably responsive to other requests.

She doesn't even apologize for her ineptitude as a property manager and makes excuses for her shortcomings and is not accountable for anything.

(Our new home was being completely remodeled and fell behind schedule, so we had nowhere to go until the last minute.) They handled all the interactions with the renters, including when the washing machine died shortly before the wife went into labor. They sent us options for a comparable machine via email, I picked one, and they had it installed next day. It was so hands-off and easy that when my mother-in-law moved out here, we decided to keep using them. While she reaches out to us for easy-to-fix problems, if it's anything more complicated, they can turn it around faster and cheaper than we can. It's worth the money to know that she won't be without, say, heat because she won't call us in the middle of the night and/or we can't find someone to come by fast enough.

We were charged for ridiculous things like having them hire painters to paint an entire wall because we anchored a bookshelf and left a small hole. We even patched it. We would have painted ourselves but the maintenance person never gave us the time of day to get us paint...9 months ago! We even had paid for professional cleaners and they still said it wasn't clean enough and hired out another company to do it. We work hard for our money and shed blood, sweat and tears to get out, leaving the home in a great condition for the next people. Even making improvements to the home like magnetized door stoppers so doors don't swing shut every time you leave the room. They expect home left in unrealistic states that NO ONE can keep up so they can do this again and again to the next person. We even asked them to let us know what we could do better in order to keep our deposit but they just automatically starting hiring out their people to get things done. Again, as a home OWNER renting...best company in the world. As a normal human that wants to live in a home in the PNW area...they are impersonal and going to take your money. I refuse to rent with them again and would love others to know of our experience so they aren't surprised when this might happen again.

We live in the greatest townhouse in Lynnwood and could not be happier with the living conditions!
