Recently moved into Straus, the building has alot of character and is a great transition living place. I met with a Laura Taylor who is one of the leasing agents and she was very accommodating. She worked with me and my budget, showed me 6 apartments twice before I made my decision. They were in their busiest season for renting and have alot of people to accommodate and she still got back to me within 24 hours always. The building is older so for those who are looking to be catered to it may not be a fit for you. There seems to be young professionals and some families who seem nice that are living in the building. My floor is quiet and so are neighbors, so far. I had a few minor maintenance issues the first day moving in so called maintenance. He didn't have the master key to my place but I texted Laura very late and she came to my place right away once I texted her, with Maintenence at around 10pm. So far so good, like I said it's a great transition living spot and is close to everything. I'm glad they have the fitness center and they have everything I primarily use at the edge so it's cool for me and the Maintenence staff are nice. I am a tenant here and I can honestly say that this group is awful. Everyone except Laura Plouffe-Taylor is terrible. I have had a bunch of issues and not a single one of them has been addressed. They don't even reply to my emails (except Laura) and some of the issues need to be addressed by the other people. I wouldn't recommend living here honestly bc if you have any issues no one will ever do anything about it. They didn't even care that my car that I park under the building got broken into. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Also the little outdoor courtyard smells like old piss bc everyone's dogs pee out there and no one hoses off the ground (this was another complaint I had that was ignored). The coronavirus pandemic put me in a tough spot with my lease at the 55 on the Park building. I reached out to PMC Property Group to see if I'd be able to move out early and save some money on rent. They happily obliged and informed me of the necessary steps needed to vacate in compliance with my lease agreement. I moved my stuff out and notified Eriq (the leasing agent) that he was clear to show the apartment. Eriq wasted no time and began the search. He found a replacement tenant within a week, and saved me about $3k in unwanted rent payments! Eriq is truly a professional and should be your go-to guy if you have any questions about PMC properties. 5/5 would rent from PMC again! read more

Terrible. Just terrible. Do not give these EVIL people your business. 1. Scheduled an appointment to see an apartment with them. Apparently they forgot about it an had to reschedule. 2. Saw an apartment I liked on Friday and told them I was willing I put down a deposit. She says she will get back to me on when I can drop it off on Saturday. No update on time. When I email to follow up on Monday she says someone already put a deposit down. Wtf. 3. Call the pmc office to complain and receptionist hangs up on me. 4. Get in touch with the manager and she does not seem interested in all a out the I consent saying things like "well, our units move fast" and "I've hung up on people before too". Great apartments with TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT! We lived in a PMC apartment for almost a year. When it came time to end our lease, we waited 3 weeks for a response. In my two years at 254 College St., I lived through three months of no elevator service, no communication, rude phone calls and general lack of concern about tenants. Really, these people are a nightmare to deal with. And that's just the bad news about PMC. If you're thinking of living here, keep in mind not only are you on a busy street, but you are next to a music theater and across from a performance theater. The theater noise itself was not a problem, BUT there are trucks frequently and LOUDLY loading and unloading equipment at midnight, at 3AM, and EVERY SUNDAY at 6:30 AM for the church services next door. Good luck if you need quiet to sleep. Then there are the lights from the marquee advertisements across the street. There are bright and blinking, all day and all night, so good luck if you need dark to sleep. Trust me, black-out curtains CANNOT handle the light from the videos playing 24/7 to advertise the Shubert plays. I really hope there are better places for you in New Haven! read more

I cannot stress this enough: do NOT rent from PMC, anywhere in New Haven!!! Even if you make it beyond the arduous process of getting an appointment to just tour the apartments... don't let the convenience and apparent good prices fool you. I say this as a former tenant -- the risk is far far too high that you will lose so much time and money, not to mention your sanity, in trying to work with this management company. Even if you are willing to take the risk with the people, you will find with time that the apartments are shoddy at best, with a thin veneer of "modern" -- heating and cooling systems rarely work properly, appliances fall apart in an instant, and worst, their buildings are infected with mold from the constant flooding. The management and every single employee of this company is either wildly incompetent, wildly lazy, and / or wildly deceptive. Most of them are all three. At every turn, my boyfriend and I were treated with disdain and disregard as tenants; we were bullied and lied to, or ignored altogether, by every company employee in New Haven and some of their superiors as well. Our story: We lived in the courtyard of 900 Chapel in New Haven, in a first-floor unit. In December 2013, we arrived home from Christmas to find the wall-to-wall carpets in the apartment soaked -- water was seeping in through the walls and / or floors somehow. After somehow convincing us to spend a night in their model unit (? never again!), PMC proceeded to start "drying out" the place with giant fans. They also failed to alert us when they moved ALL of our furniture and belongings out and to another unit... without ever asking our permission. The most suspicious thing is that no one EVER told us what happened, no matter how many times we asked. We heard one story from PMC's plumber (that the toilet was loose and therefore water was seeping everywhere), one story from PMC's property manager (that the construction on the building behind the unit had broken some pipes and it was their fault), one story from PMC's maintenance guy (that drains from the roof had been clogged up by leaves and debris and eventually the pipes burst)... everyone had a completely different story and eventually we realized we were never going to get a straight answer. After doing some background research and speaking to other tenants, we discovered there was a history of flooding in these units, year after year, and we asked that we be moved to a different unit. PMC obliged and moved us up to one of their tower units, but only after threats of lawyers and the health department. If only we had just cut our losses and broken our lease at that time -- but the apartment they offered us seemed so nice that we decided to stay out the year. At that point we hadn't heard of any problems with flooding in the tower apartments, only in the courtyard. But over the months we ran into 5 tenants who had flooding in their tower units. Each of these tenants had been ignored for days or weeks regarding floods coming from the ceilings in their apartments, and there were horror stories along with each one. One girl had a leaky hole in her ceiling covered up by a trash bag and it was a called a "fix." Another couple had water coming into their apartment for 2 weeks before anyone even came to LOOK at it, only when it became an emergency situation. They were then moved temporarily to a unit without heat in the middle of winter (goodness knows why they didn't demand otherwise, but PMC preys on people like this). Finally, as our lease was about to close out, the new tower apartment started showing signs of wear. Maintenance came by twice in a week to check our air conditioner because the unit below ours apparently had some leaking coming from their ceiling... They found nothing either time. That same week we found a leak in our apartment, again leaking out on the floor coming out of the bottom of the walls. We noticed only then that a giant patch of mold had been growing inside one of our closets, right above the new water leak. A maintenance guy came over the next morning, fiddled around and told us it was "fixed" -- I'm sorry, you removed mold from our walls in 15 minutes?! The mold remains and it is present all over the building. This is incredibly dangerous for anyone's health, especially children -- and PMC is well aware of the problem and does absolutely nothing to fix it. By the end of our lease, PMC was something trying to to accuse US of doing something wrong by not giving them "enough notice" that we were moving out -- and attempting to charge us rent for a month we were not going to be living in our unit... after serious threats of lawsuit, they finally subsided. We could not be more glad to be out of that place and to never have to deal with these snakes again. Do yourself a favor and don't get involved in the first place. read more

PMC Property Group must be a bare bones operation. The 305 Dutton St, Lowell MA apartment building managed by them is a ghost town, where is "ASHLEY T", the property manager?! "Ashley T" is never around according to residents and her voicemail tells you to call an emergency #. ( a 215 areacode) When you call the emergency #, I kid you not, it is the SAME voicemail and says "If this is an emergency, CALL THE SAME NUMBER YOU JUST CALLED?!!!" It's alarming the lack of oversight if say, the building were on fire or an emergency does occur. HUGE lawsuit waiting to happen. Residents, Visitors, everyone is subject to and is often towed. PMC must be in cahoots with the "contracted towing company". The property's parking lot is patrolled by the towing gestapo. My wife got towed, went to the PMC office there which was of course empty. Called the # posted, no call back from Ashley T. We tried the emergency 215 area code # that her voicemail told us to. No one to answer the emergency # either! The lack of call back, inattentiveness to the people that PMC serves gives them 1 terrible star. I have been a tenant with PMC for 4 years and I would have to agree with all of the negative reviews posted on yelp PRIOR to the new property manager and new team. Since Antasia Jenkins, was promoted to property manager A LOT has changed and for the better. Maintenance issues are now promptly dealt with and there is actual follow through on service requests tickets made on the rent cafe portal! Jesse the head of maintenance is spectacular and super friendly! When you have a problem they actually respond now instead of just ignoring you. I also have to give a big shout out to Eriq Johnson. If you are looking to check out PMC, he is the leasing agent you want! He has the greatest personality, he is extremely knowlegdable, and his dedication and work ethic to serve you is incredible! PMC is simply horrible, avoid them at all cost. I have rented from 6-7 different companies and never encountered such despicable people. Their buildings and apartments might look nice (don't let this sway you) but they are horrible people to deal with - untruthful, irresponsible, greedy, unresponsive, rude. Ask them about their illegal submetering practices for electricity ("Downtown Apartment Building Illegally Billing Tenants For Electricity ", http://articles.courant.com/2011-10-21/news/hc-ls-apartment-electricity-overbilling-20111019_1_submetering-electric-bill-tenants ) and water. It easily adds several hundreds of dollars monthly to your cost of living. Did I mention it was illegal ? Ask them about flooding in August 2012, when the whole 1st floor of 38 crown was flooded due to structural deficits of the building (which they never admitted but were video taped repairing the building a day after the flooding occurred). Ask them why they never called the tenants to notify them of the flooding and did not turn off the electricity in these apartments causing a fire hazard and life hazard. Lived at Whitney Ave Apartment building for 2 years. Smallest apartment I've had in my life. Yet we were charged full price as if it was a much bigger apartment. Not enough parking there, so we frequently had to park in other lots nearby. My girlfriend got her car towed for this, cost us $120. The businesses next door pay a tow company to patrol the lots all day. The worst was when it snowed, PMC never plowed. I had to dig my car out of snow, and due to the amount of snowfall I never would have made it out of the lot if I didn't own an SUV. Then as it melted, the ice was so hazardous in the parking lot you could slip and fall so easily. No help from management. I would not recommend using this company. read more

DO NOT RENT FROM PMC PROPERTY GROUP. DO NOT DO IT. Please, read this before you rent from them. You're making a big decision on where you will be living, I beg you to take the time to read this before doing it. There are plenty of places to rent in CT. Do not stoop so low as to rent from these con artists. The building on 26 Russ St. in Hartford, CT is under their management and it has been nothing but a nightmare since we moved in. Among the constant, daily issues, here are some of the worst over the TWO MONTHS we have lived there. (Yes, only two months) --Car break ins. There has been OVER 14 (!!!) car break ins (smashed window, car ripped apart inside) right in front of the building, which is the only parking for this large apartment building. My car and my girlfriend's car have both been broken into forcefully, both in the first 2 weeks we moved in. We reported it both times and nothing has ever happened or improved. We have since personally seen 14 cars with broken windows parked in front since we moved in, I'm sure there's more we haven't seen. We have complained to them and the police constantly about the unsafe conditions and neither has helped at all. They can care less that we don't feel safe, and have even had the nerve to be rude to me on my first call about the break-ins, adding that it was my fault for having valuables showing in my car. By the way, my car was empty and nothing was stolen because I didn't have anything valuable in there, let alone visible. But it did cost $300 to have the window replaced! The people who break in are just so sure they won't ever be caught they don't care if they get anything or not, they'll smash your window and go through every inch of your car anyway because why not? I call the police every week to see if there's any progress and they tell me there is, but I don't see it. When I call PMC it's even worse.. I'll touch on that below. I have to stay proactive about it because I, unlike PMC, care about our safety. If PMC did something maybe it would improve or at least be easier to get some changes made but they CLEARLY have not. We live in constant fear of our cars being broken into, and fear the crime can get worse at any time. --Cigarette smoke. The whole place smells like cigarettes. I don't even want to think about the second-hand smoke we are being exposed to on a daily basis. --Dog feces in the hallway. There was a trail of dog feces in the hall for 4 days without being cleaned. --Unsafe conditions and crime.. again: A month after we moved in, the thick window on the front door to the building was severely damaged and looked like someone smashed a rock into it, or hit it with a blunt object. --They enter your home without notice or permission. We had a problem with the stove, it wasn't working at all. We told them about it and they said they'll get back to us. One day we came home and there was a different stove in our kitchen.. Okay great.. But excuse me, you just unlock our door and walk into our apartment while we're not home and install a new stove without even telling us you are? They didn't even say they were going to do it, the last thing we heard was they would "check it out." They unlocked our door while we weren't home and most likely spent hours in there removing the old stove and installing the new one. We did not give them permission to do this. No emails, calls, note, nothing. I find it highly inappropriate they would enter our home and spend that much time in it without telling us anything. We did not even get notice from them afterward. When I called about it they never returned my call. --They never answer calls live, and never respond. They did when we were interested in moving in! Since we moved in? Nothing. BOTTOM LINE: this company is such a scam it should be put under investigation. The crime is so bad and so overlooked there are multiple residents who think PMC must have something to do with it, including stories other residents have told us about having things missing from their apartments when they return home without any traces of forced entry, and every door and window locked. Remember, they have no problem entering your home while you're not there without any notice. Do not rent at 26 Russ Street in Hartford, CT. Do not rent from PMC Property Group. The other reviews for this property group are just as bad, at multiple locations. I'm sorry this is so long but I needed to go into detail so no one is stuck in this situation ever again. I wouldn't recommend anyone moving into the Smoothie Building. Although I was there for a while, I am now so happy that I left. In my last few years there the security was terrible, I had packages stolen, apartments were broken into, strange people were found in the building that didn't belong there, the front door was always broken - as well as many other things - and my apartment had a leak that took forever to fix. The rent it way to high for what you get and I know that even more so now that I have moved to Milford and have a lower rent in a WAY BETTER apartment. I totally regret not listening to the reviews I found online before I rented from PMC. My experience here has just been horrible. Never rent from PMC Property Group, especially from the New Haven area office. The New Haven PMC staff (especially Laura Plouffe Taylor & Erica Cricchi) are extremely unresponsive, constantly deny that they are responsible for anything, blame the tenant for everything possible, and are unwilling to help you or admit when they have made mistakes. They even resort to hiring lawyers to harass their own tenants when they have complaints. The buildings are not well maintained and my neighbors just got flooded out too. PMC is the worst management company you could rent with. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM. AT 41 Niles Street in Hartford and there have been SEVERAL break-in and vandalized cars in short time I have lived there. STUFF HAVE BEEN STOLEN FROM MY CAR TWICE and the neighbor's car window broken twice in one year. KRYSTAL the property manager does not seem to care either. When you call to complain, they act like you are a bother.Work orders take months sometimes to get processed and you have to call in a fit to get these rectified. They also raise the rent every year when nothing has improved. Parents park in the PAID parking lot every morning and sometimes you cant find parking- they do not want to install a gate. People frequently walk through the courtyard as your children are playing which can be very unsafe. They advertise a clean safe environment and this is not so, dogs leave poop in the courtyard and it is not cleaned up by them regularly and also when it snows, the people who clear the driveway do a HORRIBLE job. Also MICE are in the building and they have broken every health code ! NEVER EVER RENT AN APARTMENT FROM THEM ! read more

JUST AWFUL. I moved out of a PMC apartment well over a year ago, and now I have on my credit score that I owe them nearly $900, which has prompted me to write this review. My apartment in the Strauss Adler building was super cute and I loved it. The management was nonexistent, or completely rude when they were around. I tried for over two months to get my toilet fixed. I was going nuts listening to it run constantly. I actually had to contact another PMC property to speak to a human being before anything was done. They courtyard and surrounding sidewalks were COVERED in dog poop all the time, and nothing was ever done despite my complaints and pictures I sent PMC. The gym equipment was always broken, never fixed after I complained. They lost my rent check once and hounded me about it again after I brought them a second check, as if they'd lost that one as well. There was no security. My crazy ex would often slip into the building and show up outside my door, despite the fob system that they installed shortly after I moved in. My (old, crappy) car was vandalized more than once, and there are no security cameras in the parking lots. The elevators were often broken. The trash rooms were usually overflowing and stinking to high heavens. There was no recycling provided, despite it being CT state law. The fire alarm would go off for ages and ages. Once during the winter my toddler and I were out in the freezing cold for over half an hour while they figured out how to shut it off (we didn't have a car back then to warm up in, and it was too early in the morning to even go anywhere). But the worst part is, when I decided to move out before my lease was up, they said all I had to do was put it in writing that I was vacating, and find a new tenant. I did this. I put an ad on Craigslist, and within 2 weeks they had signed another tenant on, at over $100 more per month than I had been paying. Someone else who saw my ad ended up renting a different apartment. The person who rented my place was ready to move in 2 weeks after I left, but PMC inexplicably wouldn't let them move until a month later. I know all of this because I included my number on the CL ad and received texts from the new tenant. Later when I wrote to inquire about my deposit, I received a letter that they alleged to be re-sending, after they had supposedly sent it to me over a month prior. This letter stated that they'd be advertising the apartment and showing it to prospective tenants. In the end I paid through the end of June, handed in my keys July 1, the new tenant moved in August 1 (though she was ready to move July 15), her rent was elevated to $1235 from the $1125 I had been paying, and PMC kept my $1125 deposit and charged me nearly $800 additionally, which with interest is now nearly $900. These people are crooks, plain and simple. As another reviewer said: "DO NOT RENT WITH PMC OR YOU WILL REGRET IT FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE." I'm trying to rent an apartment now, and I'm having trouble because of this garbage. I refuse to pay PMC another cent. read more

I consider PMC to be a high dollar slum lord. I lived at 38 Crown Street, New Haven for approx. 10 months. I learned AFTER moving in that PMC was sub-metering electricity. In short, tenants paid for electricity twice - the actual electric company, UI, AND also a representative of PMC (called EMS). I also learned that PMC was sub-metering electricity at other properties in Hartford & New Haven and told by the State to stop. They clearly ignored that and continued their practice at 38 Crown. I got other tenants together to complain and the State began investigating PMC at 38 Crown. PMC was none too happy and volunteered to allow me to break my lease at no extra charge. Additionally, during a regular rainstorm around 08/2012, their drainage system backed up and all the tenant's on the 1st floor and basement level had flooding. PMC refused to acknowledge that they failed to properly maintain the drainage system. They insisted that tenants sleep in apartments with mold and mildew growing. My heating system did not work the entire winter time frame that I lived there, yet PMC continued to illegally bill me for electricity that I supposedly "used" to run the HVAC system. They were lax in clearing walking areas and the parking lot after the snow storms we had over the winter. I do not recommend anyone leasing from this company. read more

While waiting I called at least ten times, with no response. I e-mailed, again no response despite her having sent me an e-mail earlier the same day. I only give this a 1 star as it is the least I can give. Do not waste your time with this terrible leasing company. We lived in 915 Main Street in Hartford for three years and never once had a good experience. The property manager was incompetent at best. The group had already gotten in trouble for billing for electricity illegally as it was split for the whole building, including restaurants and the convienant store. Work requests took forever to get resolved. I had the maintenance guy come by three times and he still never fixed the issue, so I had to do it myself. When we transferred units from a 2 bedroom to 1 bedroom, it took forever, we had to continuously check in on updates to see if the transfer was going through. The elevator still wasn't fixed after 6 months when we finally moved out. Shortly before we moved, there was a turnover in staff, new manager is worse than the previous one. While the apartments are decent, it is not worth putting up with the rudeness and terrible management from this group. read more

I am current'y living in a PMC property in New Haven CT. They are HORRIBLE from day one! The apartment is nothing like what was advertised. The lease they gave me was not at all legal, I refused to sign it so they sent it to their lawyers in PA who agreed that it was not a legal lease in the state of CT and had to make adjustments. That was a 2 day process and the lease still leaves me with little to no rights and completely covers them from all liabilities but they do ensure that they will get your money no matter what and the only way out is to buy out the entire lease. On my first night I decided I was not settling and that I was definitely not renewing my lease. I moved in in February, and the heat was not working in the apartment and the drains were clogged. The floors creek so loud that I had to adjust my sleeping schedule around the schedule of the person that lives over me. Then the weather got hot and I was unable to open my storm windows and my A/C does not work. Yes, that is present tense as I am in my 3rd week of waiting for that to be repaired. The entire building smells like wet dog. Laundry is overpriced. Fitness room is scary to say the least. The advertised amenities mine as well be non-existent. The Emergency Maintenance line is hit or miss. The receptionist has a bad attitude. The building is minimally maintained. I could go on and on and on. I just wish I found these reviews before moving in b/c signing that lease was the worst thing I've ever done!!!! read more

I live at 254 College and have had nothing but great experiences with my building and with PMC. I live on the second floor, which has all brand new units and I love my apartment! That said, I have friends who live at other PMC buildings and have had some real problems, so I would definitely recommend looking at 254 if you're looking to move. read more

This is by far the worst property management group I have ever worked with. I moved out here from the west coast and on my initial visit Laurie Burns took me on a tour and repeatedly lied to me about what the apartments would have in terms of utilities, etc. but of course we did not know it until we moved in. When we wanted to sign our lease she continually failed to respond to emails and repeatedly didn't tell us about deadlines and when things needed to be turned in by. Once we got here she told us she would meet us at the building at 5pm. Not only did she not show up the person she allegedly told to show up instead was not there. We were given no move in instructions and essentially had to fend for ourselves to get into the building. Once we realized how much we were lied to we asked to be released from our lease, to which the property manager, Krystal, agreed to. So we applied for a new apartment elsewhere only to be told at the last minute we would not be let out of our lease, despite acknowledging out awful we had been treated. I was then given the opportunity to plead my case via email to Louise Giordano, who simply refused to even acknowledge my email and didn't even respond to tell me whether or not we were allowed to leave. We had to resort to interrupting people on tours to tell them not to move in so they wouldn't have the same experience we did. While talking to others in the fitness center downstairs, there were may who had similar experiences. Eventually we found someone to take our spot and we were able to move out without penalty. It has now been TEN weeks since we moved out and we still have not had our deposit returned. The new property manager, Jeanne Mauri, continues to lie to me and tell me when the check was released and where it allegedly went. She told me more than two weeks ago that another check was being sent out, when that clearly isn't the case. This is an absolutely disgusting organization. Please do not spend your money here. I have many other horror stories from my short time leasing from PMC but I am weary of turning this into a novel. read more

Please, DO NOT give your precious business to these ones... I lived for 2 years (2014 - 2015) at 254 College St... Gosh! Whenever I tried to follow up on maintenance requests, they would-not-care. They would either not respond to my emails or lie when I showed up in person at the leasing office. Friends had similar (if not worse) experiences, i.e. water damages not being taken care of, broken windows, sinks and toilets clogged (to be cleaned by the renter), etc etc etc etc etc. I mean, come on! I personally have a fun story: the maintenance guy would come in and turn off the whole electric panel to "fix" the dishwasher. Small detail: he had no permission to enter my unit. After talking over the phone with Jeanne Mauri (awful property manager) and laughing behind my back, he LEFT! Yes! Without turning back on the electric panel! You can imagine what happened to all I had in the fridge and in the freezer, since I was out of town for 3 days... Talking about the lease: that is all they care about. Once you sign up, you are just a number. Only Laura Plouffe-Taylor and Melissa Buontempo are people I could deal with, but probably they have no power within the property management group to actually assist you. Wish we had read these reviews before renting an apartment from these extremely poor property managers. If you like living in a mediocre neighborhood, in an apartment that is 100 degrees with no ability to adjust the heat, and a few cockroaches thrown in for good measure - go head and sign a lease. But you better hope you never have any problems with your apartment (which by the way is highly unlikely) because you will NEVER be able to get anyone to call you back. They really need zero star option for reviews because PMC doesn't really deserve even one star read more

I started looking at apartments in New Haven, and the PMC apartment complexes looked great. I contacted Laura Plouffe-Taylor about setting up an appointment to view a few options. This was on a Friday and She said she would meet me at noon on Wednesday. I emailed back asking where to meet her and received no response. I then called and emailed multiple times to confirm this appointment and still was ignored. I even called a few hours before our scheduled "appointment" and no answer. So we went to the PMC office and were told by her daughter that she prefers to be reached by email. Well, she ignored multiple emails from me after setting up an appointment that she never showed up to! I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior. I don't care how "nice" these apartments seem (although from reviews they clearly are horrible), it is not worth dealing with such rude, unprofessional people. read more

My husband and I have been residents at 915 main and 210 Farmington for the past 6 months . From the very beginning the office staff has been extremely accommodating. Eric the leasing agent is the best ! He's shown us many units and has always displayed great customer service.Not once did he make us feel like we were wasting his time .he is punctual, honest and very knowledgeable of his properties. We do recognize that he is so awesome because of the company he keeps! Natasia the property manager has also been just delightful. When we moved to 210 Farmington apartments we were not happy. The various reasons don't matter because when my husband reached out to her with our concerns she immediately went into resolution mode! She was so helpful and professional and is making our move back to 915 main so easy. We appreciate PMC property group and will continue to rent apartments with them until we purchase a home. 1217 Whitney Ave. Lived there for 3 yrs and I can't say much of anything positive about the staff, maintenance and the property. The refrigerator since I moved in has been leaking water all over my floor. They replaced the frig and I still have the same problem maintenance came and checked it out didn't do anything to fix the issue. The smoke detector is right in the front entrance hallway next to the kitchen every time I cook it goes off. It's very bothersome to myself and my dog. When I first move in they had a weight limit for pets of under 25 pounds and now I see dogs weighting over 50 pounds. For the past 2 years they have been accepting applicants that seem as they don't give a crab who they allow in here because the ppl that end up at this building don't care about other peoples property. There has been many compliments about the tenants now. Ppl's personal properties are taken from right in front of there entrance door, on Halloween someone made these amazing crafted pumpkins and they put them in the back of the building and someone smashed them. Both of the entrance doors have been vandalized more than once which is more than enough not to be able to open the door from inside or out. They end up putting a key lock number pad in the back door and the management team doesn't tell the tenants what the code is. When I first moved in they said the grass was going to be fixed and it never did. The parking here sucks ass seems like everyone wants to double park and the next door coffee shop customers end up parking in our space. During the winter time it's the worst because the management doesn't have there own vendor to plow the snow. We always have to wait for the city to plow which will take days up to weeks. We all were stuck here this winter for about a week because no one came and plowed. This company just seems really cheap and not wanting to help out there residents says alot. The most important is that when you do get a hold of someone in the office its that annoying attitude from the witch that seems as though she needs to get laid named Jeanni. Seriously though I have never encountered such a rude loud obnoxious lady before in my life to be the main first person to encounter when you walk in. She constantly has such a bad attitude makes me want to pray for her. So before you decided on renting an apartment from this company I would really look around before you end up here. read more
