Costco found a nail in my tire and said the nearest appt time would be 6 hrs away or the next day…read moreat 5:30 pm. Started looking around and decided to try Larry's Automotive. They said they would look at it for me and be able to repair it while I was there. When I got there I was amazed at the amount of vehicles located around the bldg and figured some were waiting for parts. There were three people working the counter when I got there. The guy I talked to was very courageous and friendly. Checked in and sat in the waiting room for about 15 minutes when he came out and said he had good news. He had the nail in his hand which turned out to be a screw that was ground down and said it had not penetrated the tire with no damage and no charge, he gave me my keys and I found my vehicle parked directly outside the building. I definitely will be back if I need any repairs later on. I have lived in Newburgh for three years and I'm in my 80's. There are a lot of horror stories out there about rip off's and I suggest you check out this place. I feel confident about getting a fair shake here.

When we bought our vehicle there were a few things that we wanted taken care of. These were simple things, we wanted the front driver side wheel bearing checked, a new wiper blade on the passenger side. And since the car was dirty on the inside,we asked for it to be detailed. That's it! Seeing how we gave them $17,000 in cash it felt like we were just pushed off. I'm a man that still believes that if you promise that you'll give me something for a fair price, and not only was it written down but with a hand shake it's a contract. Well I guess not! In short. I'm not saying don't buy a car from them just have everything done that they promise before you leave because they WILL NOT do it ever once you do. No matter what they promise you!!
