They were kind and professional, and helped mom through the insurance process, and even drove us home. We were thrilled when, just about 2 weeks later, they called and said we could pick up the van. I was expecting it to just be drivable, but the entire job was finished! They did flawless work on the repair and paint matching is excellent. The mechanical work also seems to be thoroughly done. We are very pleased with the whole experience, and would definitely recommend the Newburgh, IN location to anyone in the Evansville area.

They offer top notch customer service and service work. Their employees are always friendly and very knowledgeable. We won't go anywhere else! First off they stole my yellow microfiber towel I had in my vehicle. Secondly they reinstalled my front lip over my skid plate and when it wouldn't fit correctly they decided it was good enough to give back to me with over a 1/2 inch gap and all the self tap screws were either showing or just jammed sideways against my bumper not even in the holes. They also reinstalled my carbon fiber radiator guide on top of my bumper instead of under like the way I had it. All of this is just a lack of care and goes to show these guys don't take pride in their work. I really am truly upset.
