First off they stole my yellow microfiber towel I had in my vehicle. Secondly they reinstalled my front lip over my skid plate and when it wouldn't fit correctly they decided it was good enough to give back to me with over a 1/2 inch gap and all the self tap screws were either showing or just jammed sideways against my bumper not even in the holes. They also reinstalled my carbon fiber radiator guide on top of my bumper instead of under like the way I had it. All of this is just a lack of care and goes to show these guys don't take pride in their work. I really am truly upset.

These were simple things, we wanted the front driver side wheel bearing checked, a new wiper blade on the passenger side. And since the car was dirty on the inside,we asked for it to be detailed.
