But I walked in and was immediately greeted by the sparkle and beauty that is the physical ambiance of the Salon. Though is missed my favorite front desk receptionist Valentina. Seriously such a fun sweetheart that makes being a professional welcomer seem way easier than we all know it is. She always appears to be genuinely happy to see each salon guest arrive for their appointment and never forgets to checkbon your hydration and personal needs. But regardless of who the front desk person is they make the check in process easy and inviting. And then there is the rest of your scheduled experience. There is just a level of comfort offered while being in some of the most vulnerable positions that just can't be put into words. I mean we are naked or laying with our eyes closed for hour(s) and not once will you were about your safety (psychological or physical) ever being compromised. I received two services by Katie today. A grande lash fill and a full Brazilian. That is about two and a half hours of service in a sitting and it was a seamless and hygienic transition and process. Time spent with Katie is honestly like therapy. She is kind, insightful, beyond inspiring in so many ways and provides more than esthetic needs. She fills your beauty and soul, self care needs effortlessly. You may see that I write reviews often but this is only because I am consistently blown away with every experience I have with Katie. The level of artistry is always magical. I had only had one spray tan in the past, and the girl did an awesome job, but I didn't put enough effort into the before and after care to make sure it lasted as long as possible. This time, when I booked with Amy, I made sure to listen closely and take notes on what I needed to do before and after my spray tan. Amy and I had a quick phone call when I reached out about the appointment. I scheduled at least a month in advance, so I can't really speak to how easily you could get in last minute. I had no problems scheduling. Our phone call was super helpful. We went through all of the instructions and she gave me a lot of before care advice that I followed until my appointment. When it was finally appointment day, I went in for my spray tan! Amy was super welcoming and kind. She told me my skin looked good for the spray tan, which was music to my ears, because I had been doing all of her before care suggestions! We talked a bit about which spray tan option I would go for and what shade I wanted to achieve. We ended up deciding on a rapid tan option with a medium shade. I think I left it on for about 4-5 hours... Throughout my appointment, Amy was very respectful and friendly. She gave me product recommendations for body wash and sunscreen, which was super helpful! When the appointment ended, we realized it was raining outside. I didn't have an umbrella, so Amy offered to walk me out to my car with one of her umbrellas! It was one of the nicest things ever. She escorted me to my car and we said our goodbyes. She made it clear that I could reach out to her with any questions or concerns, which was super nice! After 4-5 hours, I took a shower and rinsed off (no soap). When I woke up the next day, I had an absolutely beautiful bronze glow! I truly was amazed by how gorgeous the color was. It got me extra excited for my trip. :) The spray tan lasted throughout the entirety of my trip, although it did fade a bit (which was inevitable because I was in the ocean quite a bit). When we packed up to come home, I still had a little bit of color on my body. I was surprised that it lasted that long! I know that it was due to the advice that Amy gave me for after care. As a tip: she only accepts cash so make sure you have that on hand. Don't worry though, she'll go through all of this with you before your appointment! Overall, I had a 10/10 experience with Amy and Simply Bronzed! I would highly recommend her to anyone. Thank you Amy!!!! :)

I have been getting massages with Shanna for over a year now and I finally feel like I have found the person who knows my aches and pain. I can always trust when I go to her, she will get that kink out of the shoulder, hips wherever. For the past two months I have been dealing with horrible pain in my top part of my foot, went to urgent care, my foot doctor, got xrays and all they could tell me was it was probably arthritis flareup. I went today and ended up upgrading to a 90min deep tissue massage and Shanna went to town. It was the most painful yet wonderful massage I have had yet. As they say, no pain no gain. What I gained back was the fluid movement in my ankle, the pain 95% reduced and my whole body feeling like it could move again. THANK YOU so much Shanna for your time and your patience with me.
