Everyone with this company is always so incredibly kind, from the woman on the phone who scheduled me, to the men that have come out to my home for repairs and tune-ups. My window was 8-10am and just before 8:00am, I got a text with a photo and an "about me" section so I could see who was coming to my home. Such a nice touch! Their senior technician, Josh, arrived a few minutes after 8:00am, looking just like his photo, with another young man who was shadowing him. I showed Josh what I thought happened, he was very reassuring that this is common (which was such a relief to hear), and within a few minutes of looking it over, he calmly explained what my garage would need and why. Despite my door being crooked and assuming there would need to be a lot replaced, most of it was repairable. Only the cables and a couple of brackets needed replaced. The price was phenomenal, lower than I was anxiously googling last night, so I was even more relieved!
