The shop itself looks elegant with dark interior and shaded light. I could not spot a window, while I was there. The pre consultation of what a costumer want is very detailed and they explain everything to you what you need to know. They will even show a video on how eyelashes are applied. They will give you the tip to buy special cleaning products and lash serum which I experienced as extra sales technique and did not appreciate to much. You will sign a waiver so they can use your lashes as an example on there website and share with the us office. It's not a bid deal but something you would not sign in another store for example. The procedure is done in a separate closed room an you can sleep while lashes are applied. My lady was doing a great job and I loved my eyes after! Nothing is glued to your lid! They don't damage your lashes! They do natural as well as glamour styles! I am happy with them! Those lashes do not last as long as I was expecting them to. They are supposed to last 3-4 weeks and I lost quite a few in the first two weeks. It seems the glue is not the strongest. Nevertheless after three weeks the result is still good! And better than in most cheap Chinese stores. For a first time offer I paid round about 1000hkd.

Right above Sheung Wan MTR exit A2. - Very reasonable and affordable pricing. Even if you don't buy packages with them, it's just $380. For reference, Nova @ ~$1k; Plurecil @ ~$800 and other local salon at around $500 each time. You get a very basic set up. I guess that's one of the ways that they keep the cost low. - Relatively quick turnaround time. It took the lady about an hour. For reference, Nova @ 1.5 hr; Plurecil @ a little more than 1hr and local salon @ 40 mins Cons: - No privacy. Set up can be considered as quite ghetto for some. - Does not accept credit card payment. Cash only. - Wait time. Maybe because I came here right before Chinese New Year, I need to wait a little bit even though I have made an appointment with them. - If you don't speak Chinese, you might have problem communicating to them. I'm pretty sure it's a scam because I stopped paying for the "more natural lash" and it looks exactly the same. It even lasts the same amount of weeks too. Service: pretty good for Asia and it's also helpful that the staff speaks English. Staff recommendations: Nicole does an amazing job with lashes. Because there's a language barrier (written, she messaged me on yelp) I don't think she understands my discomfort and tries to blame it on skin allergy. I've gotten them done many times in the US) I can't even wet my face around the eye area cause it stabs my eye. Since she did take the time to message me and check up on me after the review, so I've made adjustments for it to be 3 stars instead. Her overall work is decent, most of my eye is good. They advertise the "brow resurrection," to help those that need therapy with their over plucked or jacked up brows. Full face thread is $430HKD. They do get busy during lunch time and evening time slots, so best to make an appointment. They would probably take a walk in, but you might not get in or might have to wait. I think appointments are best. Other than making an update to my initial review, I am still in line with all the thoughts I wrote in August of 2015.
