Brow threading and full face threading, I feel like I get consistent, quality service with Nikki. They advertise the "brow resurrection," to help those that need therapy with their over plucked or jacked up brows. Full face thread is $430HKD. They do get busy during lunch time and evening time slots, so best to make an appointment. They would probably take a walk in, but you might not get in or might have to wait. I think appointments are best. Other than making an update to my initial review, I am still in line with all the thoughts I wrote in August of 2015.

The shop itself looks elegant with dark interior and shaded light. I could not spot a window, while I was there. The pre consultation of what a costumer want is very detailed and they explain everything to you what you need to know. They will even show a video on how eyelashes are applied. They will give you the tip to buy special cleaning products and lash serum which I experienced as extra sales technique and did not appreciate to much. You will sign a waiver so they can use your lashes as an example on there website and share with the us office. It's not a bid deal but something you would not sign in another store for example. The procedure is done in a separate closed room an you can sleep while lashes are applied. My lady was doing a great job and I loved my eyes after! Nothing is glued to your lid! They don't damage your lashes! They do natural as well as glamour styles! I am happy with them! Those lashes do not last as long as I was expecting them to. They are supposed to last 3-4 weeks and I lost quite a few in the first two weeks. It seems the glue is not the strongest. Nevertheless after three weeks the result is still good! And better than in most cheap Chinese stores. For a first time offer I paid round about 1000hkd.

I wanted to go to strip that was down the block but they were all booked so I found this place and I'm sooo glad I did. I booked an appointment just 30 mins before I went and they were so nice and fast! Service is excellent I forgot who helped me out but everyone was great. During my wax, it was pretty painless since they use hot wax!!! If there was any pain it was very tolerable. The girl who waxed me took her time and made sure she got every hair and even talked to me consulted me about any issues I was having with aftercare and etc. they're so knowledgeable and informative I felt like I was in very very good hands. Love this place!! Gonna have to find hot wax back in the US

And waxing itself is SO expensive so I have tried out a couple of places, but I do really like Honeypot as they use Hard Wax and don't double dip which is SO SO important. Only qualm is my fav waxologist Maryann has left :( boo. But it is a clean environment and super conveniently located, right above that massive new Adidas in LKF, which used to be a Coach. Hit me up if you have more questions but I would very much happily recommend this place as well as STRIP:ministry of Waxing, but I think they dont use hard wax which is why I ended up at Honeypot. I'm not entirely satisfied with either one yet so it's my goal to try more beauty salons around town before I settle for a package. Pros: - Convenient location. Right above Sheung Wan MTR exit A2. - Very reasonable and affordable pricing. Even if you don't buy packages with them, it's just $380. For reference, Nova @ ~$1k; Plurecil @ ~$800 and other local salon at around $500 each time. You get a very basic set up. I guess that's one of the ways that they keep the cost low. - Relatively quick turnaround time. It took the lady about an hour. For reference, Nova @ 1.5 hr; Plurecil @ a little more than 1hr and local salon @ 40 mins Cons: - No privacy. Set up can be considered as quite ghetto for some. - Does not accept credit card payment. Cash only. - Wait time. Maybe because I came here right before Chinese New Year, I need to wait a little bit even though I have made an appointment with them. - If you don't speak Chinese, you might have problem communicating to them. So be sure you have google translate ready / have a friend translate for you. It's my first day doing it so i'll come back to complete my review when i know how long my lashes last.

The price is average but definitely cheaper for the quality it gives when compared to the US (Hatoe is about 50 USD for good quality. In America, for the same quality would be at least 80 USD). If you plan on consistently maintaining extensions, I'd suggest buying the packet prices (one option is 3 lash services for 1,000 HKD). Quality: the lash quality is amazing! Super light, comfortable and natural looking. TIP: don't opt for the extra 100 hkd for a "more natural feel." I'm pretty sure it's a scam because I stopped paying for the "more natural lash" and it looks exactly the same. It even lasts the same amount of weeks too. Service: pretty good for Asia and it's also helpful that the staff speaks English. Staff recommendations: Nicole does an amazing job with lashes. I'd suggest booking in advance to ensure that you have a spot with the person you like.
