When I got there, my nail tech came to greet me and we got started right away. I chose a pink marble set that was already done via IG and they turned out perfect. For reference, Nova @ ~$1k; Plurecil @ ~$800 and other local salon at around $500 each time. You get a very basic set up. I guess that's one of the ways that they keep the cost low. - Relatively quick turnaround time. It took the lady about an hour. For reference, Nova @ 1.5 hr; Plurecil @ a little more than 1hr and local salon @ 40 mins Cons: - No privacy. Set up can be considered as quite ghetto for some. - Does not accept credit card payment. Cash only. - Wait time. Maybe because I came here right before Chinese New Year, I need to wait a little bit even though I have made an appointment with them. - If you don't speak Chinese, you might have problem communicating to them. So be sure you have google translate ready / have a friend translate for you. It's my first day doing it so i'll come back to complete my review when i know how long my lashes last.

Super light, comfortable and natural looking. TIP: don't opt for the extra 100 hkd for a "more natural feel." I'm pretty sure it's a scam because I stopped paying for the "more natural lash" and it looks exactly the same. It even lasts the same amount of weeks too. Service: pretty good for Asia and it's also helpful that the staff speaks English. Staff recommendations: Nicole does an amazing job with lashes. I'd suggest booking in advance to ensure that you have a spot with the person you like.

I keep coming back, I've tried the nail salon upstairs, local ones in Happy Valley, expensive ones as part of hair treatments at Four Seasons and I always come back to Beau Nail. Forget the chairs and magazine selections - meh. You keep going back because your nails are clean and shaped the way YOU want them, not because the technician wants them. They know how to polish and recommend new colors that you might be interested in. Each finger is evenly cut, each toe is evenly cut. Not one shaped oval the other square, the polish doesn't look like you did it yourself. They scrape the calluses off your feet so they are soft and tender as your feet should be even though you may have been walking on grit or wood floors for days. The price isn't the cheapest. But, neither is it at the other salons. What you pay for is polish that doesn't yellow your nails, matching nails and they remember how you like your nails done each time.
