They certainly come across as a business that is trying to get everything out of you that they can. It's a culture that hasn't changed. Some years ago Stemmle did work and gave us the option to have the invoice mailed. Four days later their office called at 7:30 AM waking up my wife while tearing into her - nasty! This was in violation of VA DPOR regulations. The invoice arrived the next day. The last time we had Stemmle do work at our residence, it involved two technicians spending 10 minutes to snake our drain. They charged over $500. Clowns. We are done.

I'll start off by all the negative reviews and sorry they had a bad experience…read more I however, had an excellent experience. They called ahead of time the day of service and notified how soon the driver would be at my location. The service was thorough, and they listened to my questions and answered /explained if I had concerns. They sort of discounted the map immediately "they are not always accurate". They said they could not find the D-Box and I needed to OK a $350 charge to use the snake camera. This is the same camera that other plumbers have used in my homes to check for cracks, clogs, etc...for free. Turns out the D-Box was located EXACTLY where the map showed it to be. So, I paid $350 for them to use a camera (that others use for free) to locate the D-box that was located exactly where the map I provided them said it would be. That hurts a bit.

I would go with a less nice but reliable and honest HVAC guy to resolve my HVAC problems rather than super nice but unreliable tech. And of course the price charged for the repair was very reasonable. I guess service of Andrew and Fusion is already popular, but I wish further success of his business.
