They said that they would dispatch their next available employee. About 20 minutes after leaving their location, they called me and said that there was nothing they could do because they were too busy and I was not a current customer. Apparently, having absolutely no heat in the middle of November in Colorado is not enough of an emergency for them to send someone. I guess the one thing to be thankful for this Thanksgiving is that, so far, the temperature has not dipped to too cold, yet. This is one of the reasons why I do not shop locally.

I have also personally witnessed the new owners foster teamwork among their employees, and taking great care of them, which speaks volume for their integrity. Prices are reflective of this area, but I would rather support a family that stands behind its services & products, than a large chain that pays no personal attention to customers. They minimized cutting the drywall, Pergo tongue-and-groove flooring, and the floorboard itself. They did it so precisely I could nail and screw the cutout pieces back on without any modification or additional material. Just needed some spackling and re-painted the wall. Their charge was very reasonable. I highly recommend these guys for any job that is beyond a do-it-yourselfer.
