Scott showed up punctually when he said he would and knocked out several items with his colleague at once. Badabing badaboom. Will have him back to install faucet etc. Super happy with how quickly and efficiently he got everything done for us. Will be my go-to plumber going forward.

Jim, the owner sent out Jose (ahead of time) and got the furnace up and running, cheap? no, but reasonable. They also came out last spring and fixed a problem quickly. I would not hesitate to suggest that they are the ones to call rather than some who spend thousands on advertising. ( I wont bash another business publicly) tho Id like to , as years ago they wrongfully reccomended my furnace replacement. Trust cant be bought, these folks are the "Real Deal".

At first it wasn't a big deal because we just hit the slopes but when we came back it just became intolerable. We haven't had this problem so we weren't sure who to call or who we could trust. When we come to the house we like to disconnect so we don't have computers and we don't bring our smartphones so we couldn't yelp for help. Lucky for us we had a yellow pages tucked into the phone stand! We called around and the 3rd place we called was Summit Professional. Denise, their office manager, answered the phone and she was so nice. After telling her about our chilly-to-the-bone problem she comforted us and had a very maternal tone that instantly warmed our souls, making the decision an easy one to make- They would be the ones who came to our rescue. Matthew came out to assess the problem and he was really knowledgeable and friendly. He told us he could help us, "No problem". So he tinkered around and voila- WE HAD HEAT! The next day, Jim (the owner) called us to make sure everything was doing well. How nice is that?! We said we appreciated how kind everyone had been and how quickly they responded. He shared that it was a family business- Matt is his son and Denise his wife. How awesome! He asked us where we live full time and when we told him he was astounded- he has a son that lives out by us! He insisted that he take us out with his wife, son, and daughter-in-law. We had a great dinner with all of them and are excited to have made great friends in the area. Long story short- CALL THEM! They do incredible work, are trustworthy, and super friendly. You won't be disappointed.

He responded in minutes, told me what to do to get it running, and was at my house the next day. He figured out right away what was wrong, changed out the necessary zone valves, and got my system working better than ever. I monitor my usage with an app and noticed that my utility usage dropped right away after Josh fixed it. Radiant floor heating systems are complicated. Don't just trust them to anyone. Eric is the new owner of Countywide plumbing and he showed up exactly on time to give us a repair estimate and completed the repair exactly when he said it would be finished. They were out the same day, even though we were not in a huge hurry to get the work done. Elijah easily got down into the space that I have never entered, and found the problem within 15 seconds. He told us he could fix it that day, and would return after getting some parts. He had it finished quickly and correctly. He also suggested foam insulation around the pipe and I had a can of it handy, and he did that for us, saving me from exploring that area of my home that I honestly hope I never have to go down to. Of course I honestly hope we never have to call a plumber anytime soon, but I am so happy we found a company we now trust, with fair honest pricing and knowledgeable, professional staff. I was impressed with Elijah's knowledge and Just the service of Mountain Goat. In Summit we expected prices to be crazy expensive, but this was fair pricing and amazing service!

When our 20 year old boiler started giving us trouble (9 years ago) we called Heatmeister out to…read morelook at it. At the time he was one of the only plumbers that would do a weekend service call. He convinced us that we needed a new system and that ours would soon quit working. He only installed a German product and sold us on the quality of the Viessmann boiler. We did our due diligence and researched the product. Little did we know Richard was the only plumber in the state that would/could work on them. He now had us under his thumb. We spent 17k on the new system which his company could monitor remotely with the Ecobee app. Very appealing as we were not always on the premises. Richard recommended yearly maintenance...makes sense. Every year he would find something wrong and it would cost us hundreds to thousands to repair. Even with these costly repairs/maintenance our boiler would stop working several times a year leaving us without heat and hot water until Richard could make it over to repair. We would always be charged a trip fee on top of the cost to fix the problem that shouldn't have been happening!! After one such repair a leak occurred leaving our mechanical room with water damage. They had the nerve to say we caused it and had nothing to do with the part they just replaced (which was the site of leak). To sum up this "money pit" story, after being gone for a week we returned home Friday to find our boiler completely out. Thought it was a breaker but it was the boiler. We reached out to Richard stating that once again our troubled system had failed. Their reply today (Tuesday) was "Since you are displeased with our service please reach out to other contractors." That was it. Living in the mountains without heat and hot water during the winter and they reply find someone else!! Even after 10 years not sure we could find someone to work on his product. Richard told us several years ago he quit installing the Veissmann. Thanks Richard for leaving us with a system you no longer stand behind. Thanks Corrie for your one star customer service.

Heatmeister provided us with an…read moreestimate that day and adjusted their full schedule to accommodate our system replacement including the water heater which was also leaking. The replacement boiler wasn't immediately available so space heaters were arranged throughout the house and Heatmeister stopped by many times unrequested to check on the situation until the boiler was available and replaced. The office provided daily updates and communication regarding work status, components and associated costs. We were thrilled with the excellent service and prompt communication, especially so immediately needed during the holidays! It's difficult to find a quality responsive honest contractor, especially in the high country during peak season. Thanks to all of you!
