He communicated his time frame, was very thorough with his inspection and trouble shooting. He also referred a water remediation company who came out the same day. He was very reassuring, calm, knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything he was doing and the rational behind it (very comforting in a stressful situation). Thank you, Bradley. I definitely recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

I hired Flow Pro Plumbing to do a simple water heater installation with a permit. I paid Flow Pro…read more$1,482.74 after purchasing the water heater, drip pan, and hoses myself. The installation failed inspection twice because they insisted on installing other devices instead of the required expansion tank. Flow Pro later returned to correct the issue, and the installation passed final inspection on the third attempt. The job was ultimately completed, but I had to repeatedly follow up with Flow Pro to get the permit and inspection issues resolved. What should have taken 7 to 10 days took 9 weeks.

I hired Dunedin Plumbing to install a new water heater. They scheduled a plumber to do the job the…read morefollowing day. And they promptly pulled the permit and were able to schedule the city inspector the very next day. So far, so good. But the plumber who came out showed up in a badly damaged van that had been sideswiped by another vehicle and which was quite dirty and haphazardly packed with tools and supplies. But the plumber was friendly and so I gave him the benefit of doubt. But, right away, he had great difficulty draining the 6 year old water heater being replaced due to a slow leak. After several trips to his van for more tools, he brought in an incredibly filthy shop wet vacuum to help drain the water heater. I even commented to him that it was incredibly dirty and looked to be in disrepair. In turning it on, this wet vacuum began to dump large amounts of dirt onto the floor and spray dirty water that got all over everything including my white walls. He tried to keep that from happening by applying rags to stop the spraying. But, he clearly should never have used this incredibly filthy wet vacuum. To his credit, He did try to clean up the mess with a roll the paper towels that I supplied him. But I clearly needed to bring in a housekeeper just to clean up the stains on the floor and the walls that he had caused. The other thing that happened was that he kept having to go back to his truck to get tools that he admitted he had forgotten. Because we were in a high security condominium building, I had to escort him every time, burning up my time and his on a "time and materials" job. To his credit, he deducted the time that was wasted in these multiple trips and in attempting to clean up the mess he had created from the final bill. And he was very pleasant with me during the entire job which he did fully complete.

Scheduling was easy, and the customer service rep clearly explained their time-and-materials pricing, which I appreciated compared to other plumbers I contacted. They arrived within the scheduled 4-hour window and gave both a call and text when they were on the way. Jesse, the technician, was courteous, professional, and ready to tackle the issue right away. He did such a great job on the initial repair that I had him fix an our second unit as well. It's clear he knows what he's doing. Overall, I think I've found my go-to plumbing company in Clearwater

We live in an older house in West Tampa. After pretty much a total remodel of both bathrooms and…read morethe kitchen, we experienced a homeowners nightmare...a plumber was doing periodic maintenance on our cast iron infrastructure when a pipe broke. After analyzing solutions with them, which included knocking out walls in both bathrooms, the owner handed us off to APEX. Joe and Mike came over to the house and examined what we had & took pictures. After running cameras through everything, they developed a hybrid solution that involved undermining accessible pipes and replacing with minimal intrusion as well as refurbishing and epoxy coating the remaining small segments of cast iron that would remain. Joe sat down at our dining room table and mapped it all out; showing us video of each problem point as well as what was salvageable & gave us a price. We signed off on it. With much apprehension on our part knowing our home was about to be dissected, Elliot and John arrived to start work. They were prompt, respectful, & empathetic to our dilemna. They were also insistent about putting protective paper down everywhere they worked to protect the flooring. At the end of the day, they swept, vacuumed, and mopped any debris that was remaining. This was the standard throughout the entire engagement. Their workmanship and attention to detail was spot on. All of Joe's guys were phenomenal. John, Elliot, Matt; I cannot remember all their names, were consummate professionals of the highest degree. I would not hesitate to recommend APEX Plumbing.

APEX Plumbing was awful! Communication was terrible. It took a month for a 2 day job. (Still never…read morecompleted) 1) They cut my electric lines under my patio by mistake. Things happen. I get that. NEVER TOLD ME. 2) Broke my gas pipe underground when digging. Mistakes happen. I get that. NEVER TOLD ME. I had to call them to find out why my gas was turned off 2 days later. 3) They propped my gate open to work. Left it that way when they left. My dog ran away. There are 2 signs saying to close the gate. 4) Scheduling nightmare. 5) They moved my hot tub to get to the area of work. They placed the cord on top of the cover. It rained. Broke. Mistakes happen. I replaced it. Then, when they finally came to fix another mistake they made... they left the cord on the cover exposed in a rain storm, AGAIN. I replaced it AGAIN. 6)They filled the hole on my patio with cement. It looked like a child did it. It was a quarter inch to half an inch higher than the rest of the patio. I called and complained. Sent them photos. They assured me they would fix it. It took them almost 2 weeks and 10 phone calls. 7) There's was a fan outside. They used it when filling cement in the hole they dug. Thats fine. Cement was left all over the new fan. 8) With the city program, they were to restore my property of how it was. They removed pavers and just left in a pile. STILL NOT RE-INSTALLED. 9) My home is old and didn't have a clean out. They tell me they need to install one. Great. They tell me, "It will look bad if we put it on the patio. After inspection, we will move it off the patio. Are you okay with that? We take pride in our work." I said "Whatever you think is best. Thanks." Where's is the clean out? In the middle of the patio. They never should have offered to put the clean out else where, if they weren't going to follow through. AND to offer doing something after a city inspection was sketchy. They are 100% not abiding by the city in most likely the majority of jobs performed.
